I think this will depend on two choices, the one that you can tell Maya that Quinn is evil and she says something about asking Sage for help, and the one that you can tell Quinn to stay away from Maya, cause now she knows MC cares for Maya and can use that

It really depends on if you told her to stay away from Quinn.

But, let's go with probable theories - I'm always ready for another crazy theory of mine.

1. You didn't tell her:

Maya will become HOT's slut and you'll probably call Quinn for the menu and you'll find Maya. She will, eventually, break down - probably having a rough time with some of the customers - and she'll commit suicide.

2. You tell her:

She'll become your GF. She'll admit she is working on the sex line. Sage will find out Chad is her customer and you'll have to choose between Maya or telling the truth to Sage.
