So, MC became de facto leader of DIKs, we learned that MC will become Richie Rich *this one isn't blunt, but I see it's obvious from the letter about mom, if mom is still alive, that's a big fat cliche and I'm not having it. Not after Jill-Rusty, Tybalt-Jade*. You have to be an imbecile to be CHICK and whether you punch someone with justification doesn't really matter, you'll still be counted as asshole.
Jill isn't perfect and gets under my skin *I now confess that even though I love Jill, she might not be in my true ending, I feel like she would still have her delusional feelings and thoughts about life and wouldn't approve some of the major choices that is necessary to keep the dignity, integrity and strong character of MC*
Bella has no idea what she's doing and a horny cougar aside from being potential psychopath. I mean, COME ON, YOU'RE 35, stop acting like a teenager, woman. But she's character is so subtle and well written that the door mystery would probably be nothing immoral, just a question mark that's been put to intrigue the player.
I'm not really fond of everyone gets intertwined *really DPC?* but, well, what can you do.
Mona is not happy with prostitution and ready to create chaos.
Sage is my number #1 since day one, I see her as a true match *e.g.: her madness when failed to press the G chord, aww, how cute.* but on the other side, she's a little girl obsessed with Chad, which, we all know; not because of the big muscles, he is, a, moron. But this is a great nuance. Because she is also a very confident, strong character.
This episode was great in establishing some plot points, directing how the story goes. I'll admit that even if it was an update with 0 gallery scenes, I'd be good with it as long as some proper developments on the plot side.
But this is a transition episode i.e: there is not much, but it's a must. Not the story progress we want, but the one we need. The Dark Story... *I have no idea how that joke would apply.* I can understand people saying "this episode was nothing", and they're not wrong, but it put some excellent intent to execute individually and a very loaded turn of events. So, sorry to say this but now the "empty episode" is gone, much more empties are on their way.
There are several expectations, and I dearly hope the execution make it worthwhile. Shit's about the hit the ceiling.
All in all, this is some top-tier storywriting not just for a porn game, but as a literary fiction. Believe me, when the industry gets settled, in a few years from now; DPC will drop out some games not intended to impress and bother to keep the audience, but pure quality. You'll see some stories that you couldn't have seen in the neo-beat era.
