If I had to do a guess, Episode 6 will be heavily, maybe even mainly, focused on the HOTs. The main HOT conflicts - Quinn's Restaurant and Sage x Chad - seem to be coming to a head. Quinn's might not be the final conflict, but there will be an important confrontation regarding her choices. Sage x Chad might finally be ending. And Maya and Josy will also likely get their threesome, for the HOT pledge.
