Those aren't her rules. She mentions "those unspoken rules" and says she's uncomfortable with them.
She also says that she feels comfortable around the MC because Bella likes him, too and that she hasn't had many dates so far.
Her dates were "kind of forced" and have been a while back.
This increases my impression that she just wants to take it slow, because she hasn't had much experience in such situations and maybe never has been on a date with a boy she really liked.

Also, Jill has won the community poll on Patreon for an extra long animation in Episode 5.
Two people don't have to react the same way to the same things. But Jill seems to come from a background of bulling herself, that may have made her more sympathetic to it (and it wasn't the first time she saw it happen to him). Bella said as much to Jill: "I understand you, considering where you come from".

I think so too. I know from personal experience, it's not easy to just let yourself go. And in Jillian's case, she holds her standards a bit high. Then again, she let a stranger touch her boobs on the first date. We'll see. I'm rooting for her. Josy, maybe. I never went that route to sleep with Derek at that choice so I don't know what's over there as far as story.

Maybe he doesn't want his sister to be there because he's trying to protect her from something. That he's just an asshole who freaks out easily would be too simple imo.
That's what I meant. But from my view, this makes her more careful/reserved than picky, because she has never had a real date that wasn't forced. That puts her in a situation which is completely new to her.

0.5.2 doesn't do much though, only need it if you run into bugs when cheating in English class.
First rule of f95zone is don't mention f95zone on dev channels! For some mysterious reason some devs like DPC are touchy about people mentioning you can get their game for free elsewhere in the middle of their sales platform...

In Jill's defense it wasn't "let". I think the MC surprised her by reaching into her shower. She froze for a second and then responds. Shock can do that to you.

I think her niceness is overclouding her standards then. Which is why she's so conflicted. She has no real dating experience. Because one wrong joke towards Isabella, who has life experience, and you get the woodchipper

I get that a lot. I, for some reason, always seem to be the "Devil's Advocate" in these type of discussions.It's nice to see that we agree on something.
She is very empathetic, isn't she? However, she does put a lot of faith in Bella's opinion and the fact that Bella "approves" of the MC surprises the hell out of Jill.

It's the sympathy card that was pulled. Soon as she knew about the bullying, Bella turned. Which is also surprising lol. I'm not picking on her, just thought she was tougher than that. It's not like he's walking around like Fabio with a footlong all-day singing poetry to win them over, what's so magical about this kid. He acts like a child yet somehow can impress a Goddess of today's standards. Weird fantasy or what?

MC is good looking, nice and respectful (if you've played him that way) with an empathetic background. It's not hard to see why someone like Bella or Jill would be interested in him.
