True. if you have the money and working alone he could buy a third 3rd pc. Instead of 3 updates per year he could make it five updates. PC 1 makes the animations, PC 2 makes the renders, and PC 3 do the queue, write, code.

He's admited that the render queue is the most limiting factor of making an episode.

There could be more and longer animations now due to better cards, the manual input of work is still the same. The updates won't come faster, but they will definitely be more packed now

Just because the machine can work faster, it does not mean he will be able to be faster, He still need to manage the things manually first.

When the 3090 is released and somehow drpinkcake upgrade his gpu he will be faster to make render and animations like 40-50% faster?

Depends on what he has already got. If he is running 2070 Supers, maybe (though at a cost to the value of his system - the 2070 Super has been a great value for rendering). But if he has been running 2080TI’s the difference would be much smaller. And if he is running Quadro RTX series cards, he probably wouldn’t see a difference, or even loose performance. And then there is the issue of CPU bottlenecking.

But hey, Sage is hot, and I am looking forward to her bondage scene in episode 6!
