For me it's the fact that it has only been such a short amount of time and there has already been so much drama. Yes, I get it an AVN without drama is like a birthday without cake, you need drama for the story to move forward/make people happy.
My whole issue is that I'd like for the MC to have two separate choices: 1) to forgive or not and then 2) to decide what type of relationship he wants to have with them (exclusivity because he admits to having feelings for both of them or just to stay friends or to move on). There is no reason that they can't be in the story after that decision, it would just change the way the MC interacts with them.
And, yes, I get that this is DPC's story. Obviously. Just wish we had more freedom to shape the MC and story more.
