Well the MC is fucking around more than any of them tbh so I don't think you can hold it against the girls for "cheating". Also either way I don't really care if Camilla, Quinn etc. are prostitutes, its more about them having more interesting personalities than Maya and Josy (in my opinion).

sure, i guess. but are we really just gonna get the one lewd scene with her at the end? like i get the joke that Tybalt cockblocks you even in the fantasy game, but is she seriously only gonna have one lewd scene in the whole entire game? by the time that comes around, everybody else will have like 5+ full scenes PLUS all the little Jill-like stuff. that one scene either has to be the most spectacular thing ever conceived or it will not be worth all the teasing and build up. and that will still suck for Jill fans because then when they go back to revisit her scenes, she wont really have any.

i think at the very least she should have gotten a DnG fantasy scene, and probably some dream sequences if you are on the Jill path in the future and she still wont have any real lewd scenes. and i like Jill quite a bit, but she really just seems like a lesser Sage at this point in terms of character development, overall content, and that feeling of being a "real" person you would want to be with.

Seeing as how we now have 5+ months to kill waiting to see how this dramatic cliffhanger will proceed, I've dug up my expectations of what Episode 6 would be like. We can all get a good laugh at my attempts at prognostication.

I'll add some annotations too, to explain whether it was a [Lucky Guess], [Mixed Bag], or [Wildly Incorrect].

As for thingsI feel are likely to happen in the update, in no coherent order:

• Cutscene with Quinn's dealer [Didn't have to wait long to see it, either!]
• Date with Jill [I certainly did not expect it to be path-exclusive!]
• D&G session [More involved than I wanted, plus it was full of those idiotic lewd scenes I was hoping it wouldn't be. No more D&G for me, please.]
• Tommy and the MC dealing with the fallout of the Cathy-cluck judgement (whatever it winds up being) [Turns out there was no fallout; Tommy and the MC did have to deal with the fallout of Tommy being an ass, but that was not quite what I was expecting.]
• Fun with side-girls (definitely Envy and Cathy, probably some of the HOTs, I doubt Jade yet) [Poor Cathy, Jade keeps hogging the spotlight; I figured there'd be some sort of follow-up to the Swyper discussion. But we did chances with Envy and Sarah and Quinn.]
• Helping Maya & Josy with the Scavenger Hunt (very curious to see how that goes down) [More direct help than I was expecting on the one hand, and less than I was expecting for the friends path.]
• Birthday party for MC (at least at school, possibly at home, too) [Got this one right, at least.]
• Some sort of revelation about what happened to Bella (surely DPC wouldn't let a title like 'Damage Control' skip that entirely?!) [Well, we learned a little about it, but it was just more teasing. Still, it's pretty clear Bella has some serious issues.]
• The return of Chad (probably to break up with Sage, but I doubt that will be resolved in Ep 6) [Other than not mentioning the MC fooling around with her, this one was just what I expected.]
• HOT evaluation [I didn't expect Maya's plan to fall instantaneously, but otherwise on target. Arieth was a nice touch.]
• Heather's Putsch (during said evaluation?) [Nope, that will have to wait.]
• Tybalt's meeting with Jill (it was mentioned twice; not sure why but I bet it matters) [The one I now wish I got wrong. ]
• Jill's concert [It was more avoidable and less concert-like than I thought.]
• A background KRJ cameo in class [I should have been more ambitious! She got a foreground cameo, several speaking scenes and a chance to interact with the MC. Go Karen!]
• Rusty unmasked as the Tybalt troll account [I'm not giving up on this just yet.]

Admittedly, those last two might be pushing it, but it's late and I'm going slightly stir crazy here.

So there we have it. A lot of half-right ideas and a nearly even mix of hits and misses. Sounds like I can be adequately approximated by a very finite number of monkeys.

Yah have a ton of memory for the game, just recently did a huge purge of old files so I've got 100's of gb of space
Got it working on my laptop, trying to figure out why it isn't working with my computer

Somehow got it working on Mac, did all the previous steps mentioned by other helpful people on the thread (making sure that the Being A Dik Text files are executed in the terminal, for some reason it was just taking my computer a fucking long as time to load up and then the firewall was stopping it so I had to wait for like 15 minutes for the window asking me to give permission to the computer to run it and now it's loading up significantly better. Many thanks to all the helpful people in the thread for your advice and insight, looking forward to playing

Its about the execution, not character archtypes because with that logic no character is original. Hell the Maya/Josy/MC love triangle is as cliche as it gets as well which I would have been fine with if the whole thing was handled better. I'm sure they still have lots of fans so I don't get why you are bashing the othe girls just because people like them

I keep getting this error in Gender Studies after talking to Maya about what I've "learned" I have tried redownloading the game folder and I still get the error.

I had a similar bug. It seemed to hinge on the MC being CHICK enough not to get Sarah as a partner, not being on the M&J path, and having mini-games off.

Fortunately, I eventually realized I could safely Ignore the error and move on. Have you tried that?

At least u can choose/save one LI in AL(yes low blow) and have a...lets call it bitter sweet ending.
In case of incest, Jill would be dropped entirely as a LI, nothing to choose here and than what ? Remain friends and be reminded the entire game u can never have her...

I'm facepalming rn. I didn't even consider ignoring the error. Seems to be working. Definitely a bug that needs to be looked at though.

The advise Brichouse gave you is sound. Alternatively, if you don't have the zip file anymore, you can fix this by adding the execute permission to both files called BeingADIK inside the game app. You can do this with chmod a+x in Terminal.

Not saying you are incorrect at all. Just saying that Chad INSTANTLY assumed the MC was the one behind the pics. Gay reveal seems more immediate and likely than showing pics of shooting up whatever he is.
