Totally forgot about Pete & Monica. Not sure that Buddy is Quinn's brother. The discussion with Rox and Buddy in the Ep6 prologue indicates he's just a mate / co-dealer. When buddy calls Quinn a rat, Rox threatens his life, doubt he's related by blood.

If anything I think Rox is Quinn's father and Buddy is Quinn's older brother teasing her since it didn't show her and to me it seemed like another flashback, this time where she is younger.

No question that Rox is Quinn's dad. The Ep6 prologue is definitely a flashback to Quinn's childhood. Rox call's her "Q, sweetheart" and tell her to go back to bed. She's definitely a little kid at that point. DPC probably chose not to depict her visually because:

1. There probably aren't too many little kid models for use in the porn asset register...
2. Depicting a little kid visually in a porn game might be going too far by some people's standards (even if it's totally non-sexual).

But when Buddy calls her a rat and tells her to scram, I'd expect Rox to tell him off (if Buddy was his son), not put a knife to his throat threatening to kill him. Buddy's reaction is definitely fear, it's probably his first time speaking to Quinn like that and didn't expect such a violent reaction from Rox.

If Buddy and Quinn were siblings and that was Buddy's typical attitude to Quinn, he'd have learnt long ago to watch what he says around Rox. So I'm thinking Buddy is just an associate/good friend who took over the business when Rox died.

It does seem like Buddy's now looking after Quinn's fucked up mom though, so there is still the possibility that he and Quinn are siblings, it's just that it's not blatantly obvious (and my list was for the blatantly obvious, not the theoretical).

I don't think it would have been a problem to take Quinn out as a child, in WVM they take out the MC's past in dreams and you see representations of her sister as a child, and there is no problem.

Side question for all you guys - do any of you wish Melissa from "Acting Lessons" had made it into the game? And I don't mean her actual character, but just the model? I can just never get over how pretty that character is. If she'd been in "Being A DIK" I'm not sure if she wouldn't have slid right into my #1 slot, lol. What are your thoughts?

Oh no doubt. Almost everything looks great. All I'm saying is a little bit of gravity goes a long way to making an animation look convincing. Lighting, movement, distortion, collisions, transitions, all of it was handled really well...it's just that one little part (or big since we're talking about Bella) that's bugging me.

As a (very) amateur artist and wannabe animator, even the smallest flaws draw giggle: great pun) my eye. I know DPC has the technical ability to pull it off because he's done it in other scenes. When he talks about improving now that he has better gear, this is one aspect I'm looking directly at and expecting a step up each episode. No pressure, though.

Well I'd like to slide myself into all of Melissa's slots, 1, 2, and 3. She was the highlight of AL for me because it certainly wasn't discount Josy and her insufferable acting lesson practice. DPC couldn't have chosen a more bland looking and acting (harhar) character than Megan. Easy. Easy Kellermann, you know what your physician said, don't get yourself worked up talking about AL. Deep breath...inhale.. ..exhale . It's fine. I'm cool, I'm cool.

The year's 2041. The third financial collapse destroyed the foundations of American college experience. The only ones getting a college education are now only the offspring of rich and powerful, and those who serve them. You are a freshman coming into the B&R, sent there by your father (BaDIK's MC) who are tired of your rich girl antics and shenanigans in high school. You are given an ultimatum to set yourself straight, or be cut off from the massive wealth of ***** family. Will you follow in the footsteps of your father and transform the multiple sororities and fraternities forever? Or will you get thrown around by winds of fate, powerless to change the events, like your mother once was? (save file import from BaDIK or ending selection at start of game determines the mother)


Female protagonist for progressive outlook? Check. Social commentary on ultra capitalism? Check. College shenanigans powered by near future technology? Check.

And this time, at least 1 black and 1 Latinx (can be any gender) Love interest, with LI list including both male and female options.
