Just create a save folder inside the game folder. Or you can just run the game once. The folder automatically gets created.

I dunno then. At the very least, when you run the game and make a save, the Saves folder HAS to be created to house the save and persistant file.
I'm really hoping DPC settles down at 4-5 months between episodes. Thats a reasonable wait, without starting to enter "where the fuck is that fucking episode" jonesing levels of wait.
