Must be a bug. She's only supposed to find the panties in her car if Cathy gave MC a blowjob. You may have to use the cheat mod to change it.

try to find the latest port with 0.7.2 base man,
0.7.0 port has some bugs i bet hence there is 0.7.1 and 0.7.2 patch came out afterwards
