None of the girls came to college with no means to pay (Maya's situation is unique), so if they stop providing services for Quinn/Burke, they aren't about to be kicked out of college.

Mona's leaving was her choice and it's understandable, but I doubt she was kicked out, because if she went to the authorities over it there'd be hell to pay. Given the situation though, she has no reason to go to the authorities, she just made a bad life decision, and decided to bail.
