For being her main antagonist, Maya has a lot of faith in Quinn's word, she believes in the free tuition until the very end (when she talks about it with Josy in the fourth chapter, wouldn't she already have every reason to doubt it? Josy doesn't seem convinced at all) and believes in it so much that she thinks she can get it either by cheating (if MC doesn't participate) or by circumventing Quinn's control.

MC asks Maya in either ep2 or 3 whether is she sure of the tuition thing, She has doubts at that time. During the swimming pool scene, Quinn asks the daughters whether they have heard about the rumor regarding tuition to which they all reply yes. Quinn continues saying that some HoT member can't keep her mouth shut. She asks if all of them are ready to pledge, to which Camila responds yes, Mona responds free tuition, sign me up and finally Maya responds yes as well.

Now if the other two agreed, surely they would have also heard and maybe confirmed about it, but SURELY, they might have not done it. Maya had a small hope of getting this tuition and seeing Quinn say like that ,neither agreeing nor denying and other girls trusting it as well, her hope became big.

The worst thing is that none of the other sisters said about it or denied the fact or interrupted Quinn. Sarah and Mel were there as well and If I am not wrong some other HoT's as well, why didn't they denied the rumor regarding tuition? were they deaf? Neither the other sisters said anything about it. This is why I believe that Maya trusted Quinn's word.

but I don't like the justification of being introverted and keeping secrets either. Maya with Mc isn't clear even for the issue of the loan, and that's a problem for which she asks him for help, but not even this is enough to make her open up (for pride? I don't know)

Surely, Maya already has sex with MC, has fun with MC, is in relation with MC but still it's like one step at a time for her. I expect her to tell everything to MC in ep8 considering their relation grew stronger in ep7, bcuz of Josy or Maya choices.

And maybe this is the reason why MJ path gets blocked if you go Quinn's path. IF a DIK MC knows about Maya's complications, there are chances he would spill it to Quinn, and then classic Quinn fucks Maya's life more.

I Honestly wish that this loan fuck up gets over in ep8, and Maya lives a happy life with a big smile on her face. I do not wish her to remain sad and depressed.

* How's version 0.7.2 different from 0.7.1? If I play 0.7.1 (which is the only one available for Android), will I miss much?
* Does anyone know how to bypass the MEGA 1 GB download limit?

There is no story difference in both the versions. In version 0.7.2 only 2 bugs were cleared and some typos corrected. You can see more in changelog in opening page....Don't know about the Mega one.

As I tried to explain to you, the DIKs weren't in the dark (as far as they knew). What was the rush to discuss something the DIKs already know? The HOTs changing plans might be a bummer, but there would be plenty of other opportunities to party with the DIKs. It only became a disaster because Quinn ducked out of warning the DIKs, and we know Quinn kept that part a secret.

And that's assuming the HOTs knew they were originally going to be at the DIKs; Heather clearly did not know that.

I agree that Elena would probably have learned about the Hell Week plans from John Boy if nothing else, but again, there was no pressing need to discuss the disappointing news right then. You say the girls must have had some warning since they had to get dressed, but they already knew they were going to a party and it's not like they changed to clothes especially suited to the prep party. It's likely they really did learn at the last minute since Quinn wanted to keep this quiet.

So I replayed the whole part of the game, to be sure.

As I tried to explain to you, it doesn't make sense, that no one knew anything until late at night.

As I replayed the chapter I noticed some things and will correct my statements now.

1. The girls didn't need to dress fancy (I just remembered Maya and Josy) they were all in HoT's uniforms (except for daughters).

2. There is no way you can deny Quinn's fault here, she was the operator behind everything, tho Sage still to blame for the omission.

My main point was that this whole radio silent thing that caused all this commotion was contrived since these people live on their phones. Notice how Josy still had her phone. And I will not back out of Elena just not talking with John-boy as even the game realizes this hole, but acknowledging doesn't change its existence.
