I know that it is her father. But that has nothing to do with the fact that he takes the drugs from her. Her supposed mother didn't recognize Quinn either, and Quinn didn't give a shit.
Besides, Rox could have had a noble reason. He might have taken the drugs from his daughter because he found out that they were on to her. That's just one example.

I think Quinn father is dead,
My speaking was just bout addicts and not primary bout this Pic. I've seen from few old friends what can happen. A friend of mine killed nearly his father because he gave him no money, he needed his next shot already and acted just like an total freak/beast.

That would be Interesting I'm not gonna lie. It would give Quinn a very interesting story. If she doing this all for Helping her father. Even MC could resonate with this. After all, He too would probably do anything to help his father.

True, but that is the dynamic when the child or a relative is the problem, in this particular case the drugs run in the family in which her mother(probably) and father were involved, so I don't think that fits.

Believe me, this is Rox. He is 15 years older than as seen in retrospect and also has the scar on the right side of his face. The eyebrows and mouth also match. Even the tattoo is easy to recognize. But the scar is just too prominent.
