I know everyone is giving you crap, but I too believe Josy is the 2nd most likely girl. The only reason that 'violently' speaks against it is, same place, same girl in back to back episodes - never happened before as far as i recall.Absolutely Not. 99% sure it's Josy , and After the Dalix level of Research I just did today, I admit, I will kind of disappointed if its not her. But After the research, 100% its not Camy, that's for sure
But hey, once you're over the sadness that its not Josy you can rejoice at watching Becky taking it up her ass ... YAY !

It was, but in ep3 meeting with Riona because of them failing short to make ends meet Quinn was desperate and willing to let Mona and Maya in until Riona tells her to keep it safe.
Quinn did care, even in dialogues she forced Lily and Camila so she can have a word alone. There she says mona knows too much abour her(drugs, prostitution and tuition). She didn't warned directly but you can sense through dialogue.
If I recall it was like

"You know, I can handle Stephen Burke, but a man his power and position could do anything once he knows there is a girl blabbering about buying sex from Stephen Burke"

The famous cactus room may actually be Mel's and Sarah's room. Do me the favor and check the scene again where its decided if the daughters become HOT's or not.
Quinn, thinking she is the only Mother who can make that call says "I am not satiesfied" so she REJECTS Maya and Josy.
Its only when the Queen of Stupid, aka Arieth gets involved that they even become HOT's, hence the "checkmate" comment from Riona.

Quinn plan backfired, and got defeated so Riona's checkmate was sarcastic. Quinn goes to stretch to recover videos of their hazing(asked Arieth about it when sage got sick) but she can't cause Arieth doesn't have them.

You kind of misinterpreting a little the situation.
Quinn originally wanted Maya. She wanted Maya and Mona, hence why Maya list was designed to be the way it was, to test her see how desperate she wanted and willing to do all the things. But after Mona end up, a big mistake, Quinn admit to Rio that not everything she say is stupid. so, Quinn changed her original plan and intended to Reject Maya. and with that Josy of course, who only was there because Quinn wanted to mess with Tommy.
But Maya and Josy double crossed Quinn, hence the remark from Rio as Check-mate.

She didn't force but she manipulated. Hrmm...sound like justification for rottenness. As you said, she obviously had a great deal to do with Mona quitting so saying she didn't "force" doesn't lessen her slimetude (new word). Clearly the PRIMARY reason for Mona leaving was the Dean literally deleting/cancelling her tuition as we saw at the end of that episode.
But no...Quinn is a rotten as the MC thinks she is. And no word-play will change the fact that she's just a two-bit thug who is going to college to further her career as a prison inmate. It's VERY likely she "encouraged" or "manipulated" Steve behind the scenes to silence Mona, but saying she didn't "force" doesn't assuage any of her obvious guilt. We'll see in future Episodes because if Doc doesn't bring Mona back I'm gonna egg his car every day for the rest of my life.

But from Memory : Quinn picked Maya as her daughter then gave her by far the hardest list of all the daughters, matter of fact the only list with sexual tasks, and yea it could have been to corrupt her and see how far Maya would go, but if she wanted her for her buisness, wouldnt she at least give her jobs that are achieveable and reasonable for someone like Maya ? Without MC she would have failed 100 out of 100 times.
If MC warns Maya and Maya goes to Sage to request a change of mothers, Quinn makes the list even harder.
Imo its very clear that Quinn just wanted to fuck with her because Maya was desperate but she always knew she as her mother is the only one who can let her in, so she always wanted to reject her, but when she did, Josy&Maya outfoxed her and went to Arieth, hence the "checkmate" comment from Riona.
Quinn expansion always was Mona and Camila, they knew they had to fuck Burke, Maya never mentions it even once. The restaurant ? Camila works there right away, Maya ? again never mentions it once.
