When Quinn offers MC a free one with another girl it's theoretical, whereas when she sees him with Sage it's right there in her face. Similar, in a way, to Jill being aware that MC was dating other girls, but then being confronted with the visible evidence of it at Tybalt's presentation. Much more emotionally pressing and difficult to ignore.

I think that's right - ultimately. Although at the time of the "for real?" reaction, Quinn doesn't necessarily think he's in a relationship with Sage (neither does Sage for that matter!) I think what we're seeing in that moment is more of a visceral "ah someone I like is literally fucking someone else in front of my eyes" kind of thing.

You don't generally ask that question like you ask about the day's boring weather. I was playing the game today after a month and saw some interesting things. Quinn master plan was adding Maya and Mona to restaurant through the tuition scheme and hell week list.
1)Cause of the hell week list of Maya in Quinn's hand she could change it to her liking cause Maya was already following order like a sheep(humping mc etc) . Camila Mona had sage as mother and they already knew what Quinn was upto and maybe if Mona did fucked Burke she would join in the restaurant.
2)During Riona and Quinn meeting(ep 3 maybe where they offer threesome). Riona saying Camila was a gamble and now she was asking Maya and Mona and following that Quinn says it's called expanding. Expanding would mean the restaurant list and more money for her.
And at ep6 start, Mona saying that she agreed to do young guys but not older ones and then Quinn forced her to quit through blackmail saying in quite loose terms that she would start rumours of Mona buying sex from Burke and only she knows how to handle Burke. Great analysis. I always wonder when Quinn will reach a breaking point. The frequency of her recreational drug use seems to be the only thing keeping her going in regard to being a prisoner of her own criminal activity. Add that she is in a death spiral trying to meet monthly payments with her "business plan". It certainly is fertile ground for more story writing of where her character path may lead. Maybe she sees an attempt at romance as a possibility. Even realizing her own fucked up baggage she brings to the table.

Indeed. She knew MC (if on Sage path)was hitting it home with Sage right from the start and doesn't react to it in any way, except laughing. Yet that was before the events unfolded. After spending time together with MC, Quinn might start looking at it a bit differently. As we saw at the party, her reaction changes depending on her interactions with MC before.
