It is pretty obvious the Full game will be beyond 20 . Not that I care about the size , Having at least 1000 GB hard drive is bare minimum these days.

Thanks! I was just looking at the last one that you posted.

Prior to this status update, I was thinking that Ep. 8 would be ~18.5 GB as I assumed that an end-of-season update would be noticeably larger than the prior two already huge updates based on what he previously said. I was thinking that the extreme tail end of October (like October 31) was on the optimistic side of reasonable. However, I can't imagine that Episode 8 will be <20 GB based on this admittedly short status update. I'm thinking that late November is the most likely release time frame at this point. Maybe mid-November. So far away!

Thank you so much for doing these. Very fun and insightful to look at.

Eventually HE will be forced to stop at a level, HE upload it on Megashare right? If I remember right you can only download 5 Gigs freely?! HE can'T expect people to pay for premium, also to download.

It's true, with this size it's already over 5 gb free, although I don't see it as a topic of discussion in discord or patreon... it is seen that all pay the mega premiun

I mainly worked on a free roam event this week. It took a longer time than expected to complete it due to the new environment design, the number of characters per render, and the sheer render count. But the art for it is queued up for rendering now, and I will continue to pose static renders for normal scenes.

There are currently 33 animations in my animation queue; it's also taking longer to render some animations than expected due to environments and the number of models in some of the animations (wink wink).

My development folder is currently 2.5 GB bigger than v0.7.2, equal to the new content I've produced thus far for the episode. And I'm not done until the season finale has the content I planned for it. I'm just as eager to release it as you are to play it.

I presume he has stopped releasing numbers because he knows we like to track them on the forum. In the past there would be an update every 2/3 weeks for animation and or still renders. I think we’ve only had one or 2 since April.

I think with the infomation we got right now I gonna assume the optimistic should be around Mid October if this is the end of the season update, realistically would be at the end of October and the latest in my opinion would be around the end of November. But I'm really horrible at Math so I hope I'm wrong.

I'm so disappointed. I figured DPC would have dropped us a few half-decent crumbs by now. Either DPC is much closer to finished than we think and wants to drop Episode 8 as a surprise, or (more likely) he's still a long ways off and doesn't want to explain why the numbers are so high with no end in sight. Well, might as well rerun the old charts just to keep the lights on.

Technically, I just lied: I updated the Overall Progress chart to include the percentage vs the animation target DPC let slip a couple weeks ago. But even by that estimate we're still stuck speculating that we're probably in the realm of 66% complete - which would translate to a release around 2021/10/08 if all went well. If we go by DPC's own estimate that he was 30% at the end of June then we're only around 53% complete and will probably have to wait until 2021/11/19. So yeah, I'm saying more or less what mpa71 already estimated, just with a lot more words and colors.

Guess we'll just have to rely on news of those hot hot group sex animations to tide us over. Unless...
