On the current topic of Quinn and Tommy, I don't get the impression Tommy has fucked her.
Tommy has a big mouth, he's created a full on legendary version of when he fucked Arieth in a bathroom stall. This is Arieth we're talking about. Only the mc and Nick (that lying sneaky cunt) haven't fucked her.
Then Tommy goes on and on about how he fucked Tania (Tania clearly likes Tommy, so I'm not suggesting he's lying, just that he brags about his conquests).
And when Tommy sees that the mc is likely to hook up with Sage, he's impressed, he even says, "I thought I had balls banging Dawe's girl".
But when he hears about Quinn on the roof, it's a different reaction:

It's not that he isn't impressed, but he's also a little bummed, because I'm guessing he's wanted to fuck her (like probably really wanted to), but hasn't yet. If he had fucked her, he wouldn't miss the opportunity to brag about it, "Yeah, she's right wild in the sack!" or some shit like that.
Now Quinn and Vinny, that's a different story. Quinn immediately blurts out, "You got Vinny's old room?" as soon as they walk into the library. It's unlikely she'd know or care about most of the guys' rooms in the mansion, so I'm reckoning Vinny means something to her. Sure they both work under Buddy, but I'm guessing they were either fucking at one point, or maybe they are siblings...
And on the side subject of Quinn not flirting... Quinn is flirting with the mc like a mother fucker! She's always trying to get his attention, but she does it through putdowns and aggression. The fact that she has a pet name for him from the get go says a lot; she doesn't even talk to the other DIKs except Tommy.

The special treatment doesn't appear at the start of the game, and it didn't appear overnight, it accumulated over the course of the whole game.
If you would have been more attentive, you would have noticed that Quinn requires multiple checks throughout the game:
One of the most important ones for her feelings towards the MC is the event in Episode 6 when MC could or could not help her out, which is quite heavily constrained by other factors (DIK Affinity, non-involvement with J+M, and having smoked with her on the rooftop), so it's impossible to get it if you don't have the right factors lined up.
Moreover, if you don't get this particular option in 6 or if you don't use it, it's detrimental to any sort of future progression of the MC with Quinn. Their interactions become much more limited and not as intimate as they potentially could be in the future. This is vastly different from the Mel + Sarah scene in 5 which is just a nice sex scene you could get if you have a Massive DIK status. Their sex scenes and interactions, later on, don't depend on if you had any interactions with them before, and you could get them independently from each other.
So, in a nutshell:
Make the choices that will get Quinn to like you --> Spend some time with her when it's possible thus have her like you even more --> Reap the benefits of said special treatment It's not that hard
P.S. No one's saying that she's a virgin, 90% of the game's female characters aren't, but your arguments are deeply flawed and could be refuted easily if you actually play the game to see it for yourself
Everything is simple. Quinn is an ordinary tsundere who shows her feelings and emotions to the boy through aggression, and not through affection and attention. Her behavior is no different from the behavior of a school bully in love.
The most important consequence for Quinn after episode 8 is that all the characters already know that she likes MС. I don't know if they will somehow make fun of her or MС about it, but I would like to see.

I have a Bella inquiry as I've played this game at least 7 to 8 times front to back from season 7 why does Bella mention cheating on her husband? edit. Okay i might be confused but in season three I'm positive I've never seen this scene have those lines in it.
