ok she has solved the problem of high school, but she has no money and she was already complaining about how they didn't accept her in other colleges, the BR will surely be an institute with pretty low standards but why should they accept her in the middle of the year?

But what makes you so sure that Zoey will be getting into B&R? What's stopping her from getting a job in the B&R town and therefore be around the MC?

Money is the least of the problems because the parents are always there lol but what if she studies in the same place where Cathy is working?

Zoey's parents didn't strike me as financially well off enough to pay for her college tuition.

Assuming she's getting into B&R at all, they could just wait till the end of the semester and have her apply for the Spring semester. Although, I'm not sure if the school system is different in Sweden because I've never had a course be completed by midterm like they did with Gender Studies. So I suppose they could just accept her mid-semester anyways.

But what makes you so sure that Zoey will be getting into B&R? What's stopping her from getting a job in the B&R town and therefore be around the MC?

Zoey shows interest in a perhaps non-academic path to graphic design, and bringing her to BR is the easiest way to get her to interact with the other characters

I don't wish to argue with you about the merits of the Interlude, but 'just some girl of the MC's past'? Come on! She was THE girl of the MC's past. They had spent years as best friends (not weeks as with the girls at B&R), and had drifted into becoming fuck-buddies. In fact, since the MC was not very popular, Zoey may have been the only friend the MC had in high school. He has mentioned no other.

I'm not going to attempt to persuade you to like Zoey either; that's none of my business. But love her or despise her, she was important to the MC, and may become so again.

It's going to pretty hilarious when Zoey comes back and finds a DIK MC swimming in women. The interlude made it seem like the MC was more Chick/less confident back then

I don't see why she couldn't get a student loan, MC has one too, Maya has aswell but hers has been sold to her by an used car salesman so she thinks she's in trouble... Only problem seems to be acceptance this late but perhaps it's not impossible.
Most important would be staff that agree and offer the chance to take the missed tests later....

the problem is that the academic year has started, even for the loan is a fair problem

always without considering her very poor academic record. (I'm not saying that, Zoey says that they already turned her down elsewhere for that, and there wasn't the issue of the semester starting)

If after all the work i've done picking every DIK choice since episode 4 that boy reverts back into a sucker, imma do a new playthrough and have him end up with crab girl. Cause that's what he deserves.

That's because affinity changes MC's behavior very little, but it changes how others see him

a CHICK MC can donate money in church, a DIK MC has to go directly to the street

If you refuse Jade she is gonna fume a bit and threaten to fail you, nothing much else happens in the rest of the story. Yeah she doesn't like you, but who cares? If her paths remain closed only the future can tell.

If you opened the Jade path, we can't tell if Jade will be a problem for Maya's tuition or if it would help, it might be just a problem for MC if he dumped her at the end of chapter 8, we just don't know...

Besides that the tuition from Burke can go everywhere, most optimistic he says yes and that's it, happy ending, but that's an anticlimax to the story so highly unlikely, so expect a no from Burke and either some blackmail from Jade for the MC or a Quinn that whispers Maya the suggestion she might get it afterall if she does the nasty with Burke...

Whatever happens it most likely will end in exposing Burke, that much seems logical.... But it may be at the end of season 4.

The "fuck fuck fuck" happens no matter your relationship with Jade. No one knows if have a affair with Jade will affect Sage or Maya's tuition

Thanks vogelbeest and lipe2410 this leads me to try and have a save without Jade Drama. In spite of the sex scenes it isn't really worth the trouble of going for a married teacher when so many MORE less problematic options are available, this isn't a Pokemon game after all.... (it isn't, right?)

I don't disagree with you on that. I know the MC thinks of her that way, but I as the player don't. Hence why I think it would've been better to have some interaction with Zoey earlier on (the messages she mentioned). So for me she's just "some girl from the MC's past". That's why I brought up Maya. For the MC, Zoey is indeed the girl of his past. However, for the player, Maya was that girl.

So I'm not saying Zoey is any better or worse or whatever than any other character. I just think DPC made a mistake by introducing her so late into the story/playthrough.

If you play with DIK choises your MC appear as snowflake with potty mouth (as Earl Grey once said), no more differences in main plot.
