Never knew you are scripted to lose that fight. I guess the part in ep8 when MC thinks about fight Caleb and punching the bag makes more sense now. Don't count on DPC and his questionable plot choices though. If it were me, I wouldn't have done the sleep humping with Jill in ep3.
You can avoid that by being a Dik , or neutral, and chose to wear the dildo helmet as first :p :ROFLMAO:

Great. So the MC should become like Chad. I wonder if my Josy and Maya will like it if the MC stops fucking them one day. Sarcasm: I am sure you are right, so keep being a DIK MC.

If your goal is for a NEUTRAL MC to get lost in the crowd and just be average without ever establishing themselves as anything special, then please play on NEUTRAL AFFINITY. Full of dormant potential.
you again mixed the Sarcasm meaning with you having stupid take. :ROFLMAO:.

What has Chad to do with anything?o_O

also as for Neutral, hate to break it to you but life is not black and white, 99% of the people are Neutral, Grey area. So neutral is basically the most realistic approach.
Even the game push you for it, because it's the easiest Permanent affinity to achieve. Following either the Chick or Dik exclusively is the extreme aproache, and the least realistic. and the hardest, becasue you can't have more than 3 choice for the oposite road. Making it the whole thing a calculated system, rather than Follow your heart mantra

correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't maya/josy say at one point they came out to maya's parents and after seeing their reaction they didn't wanna come out to josy's too?
meaning noone tattled, they did it themselves
again, I might be wrong but this is how I remember it
It is not written that way. Maya only says to the MC that Patrick found out, not that they told Patrick.

Make it a different scene. The scene as is does not serve any purpose except to tease lewd content for a character in such a way that it seems out of Jill's character. It has had no bearing on the story as yet, and if that were to happen, wouldn't you want to discuss it the morning after to understand what that was? The scene is arbitrary regardless of affinity, that is all.

Not entirely true...

DIK : an asshole to almost any human beings " girls " might find this appealing at first but it has an expiration date... that every boy wants to be him is only partially true sure that the attention from the girls are a forte but I would not say that everybody wants to be an asshole to achieve that

NEUTRAL : it's the natural thing that we all face some kinda choices and sometimes you need to be an arse... but it's not who you really are so the scale gets balanced by softie choices as well... please one of those who think of themselves as DIK or CHICK would you kindly enlighten me how can you pass lifes hurdles with being one and not the other at the same time from time to time ?:LOL: In RL I mean...

CHICK : considering this game this passes as it is... but as in RL hardly... and how the fuck does a pussy become a " predator " ???:ROFLMAO: Besides... isn't it the DIK choice girls regret when they get a little bit more mature ? :p:whistle:

People who say that the DIK way is the way of a child do not understand how wrong they are. Nothing prevents being a DIK from doing the right, good and adult things. Playing DIK i, for example:
- Helped Jill deal with stage fright
- Helped Bella many times
- Said the truth to Sage
- Being a DIK, MC shows his maturity in managing the renovation of the mansion.
- Helping Rio
- Convinced Derek to talk with Ashley
- Comfort the morally broken Sage
- And many other things...
It's not about whether you're a child or an adult. The scale shows your personality: you are a tough macho man with titanium balls who loves pranks, parties and has no brakes. You can do something in between and balanced. Or you are a moralistic pussy, a knight on a white horse, humble and shy such is Steve Rogers. Russian dude by the way made a good reference to Tony Stark and Cap from Marvel. They are a real example of DIK and CHICK and both are good people and heroes. In their own way) It's a morale scale, like in Mass Effect.

What you describe here is Crenshaw's intersectional feminism, which is concerned with "equity" not equality: equity being defined as systems righting the wrongs of past discrimination. Simone de Beauvoir, for one, would disagree.
In my opinion, it is still wrong to treat people unequally because we are all human beings. Moreover, the mistakes of the past should be corrected and not repeated. However, this cannot be politically decreed, because everyone has to decide this for themselves, and so inequality remains, whether it is regulated by law or not.

For me personally, the unequal treatment of people is an ethical and moral injustice that should be punished with justice if someone takes action against it. But that's my attitude on this issue.

You have such a wrong take on all of this. :ROFLMAO:
Especially this unusually method that you want to label all of the other characters in these spectrum that only define MC

But also funny how you try to paint it that Chick mc is the only that apply to to the Base plot:ROFLMAO:

"CHICK MC: The problem is actually that he grew up too fast. His decision to drop out of high school and not go to San Diego with Zoey clearly shows that. He was shaped by the hardships and bullying in his childhood. He learned early on that he had to work hard to earn something. That's why everyone invites the MC to drink at EP8's dorm party. This is also how he learns to be easygoing and have fun. He goes dancing to Tommy or just starts dancing in the chill zone. The MC starts to learn that there are times when he can be a kid."

This part is not an exclusive chick MC, this is the base MC, regardless of any affinity. :ROFLMAO:.

Chick mc
- is the one who talk big from the balcony, but walk away like a pussy when Caleb show up:p
- walk away, when Tybalt bitch slap him:p
- Two naked chick standing if front of him, and he ask for privacy
- barely participating in Hell week, lets Derek do all the stuff, and he just a freeloader.
- Chasing multiple main girl, yet he's feelings is the only thing that should matter, he is the victim, its feels more hypocrite from him , than a Dik player:p
- creepy shower scene with Jill. " Is this what I think it is " Creep. :ROFLMAO:

Chick, does not feel organic at all , beside 2 major choice.
The only reason people take this road because it's necessary for some of the stupid game mechanic system.
It doesn't make him automatically better character, person, or more mature. :ROFLMAO:
Why would the MC beat Caleb at the beginning of EP5? This is so wrong. Caleb didn't attack the MC personally, so the MC doesn't have to defend himself. With a DIK like Tommy, who doesn't get down easily, you can assume he will defend himself against Caleb. Oops. The most massive DIK stood there like a schoolboy. Besides, the DIKs got the information they wanted. But what happens when the MC escalates this confrontation? Jamie gets dragged into it. What do you think is the wiser decision?

Yes, Tybalt slaps the MC, which really only hurts him emotionally. Does that warrant a punch that costs Tybalt a few teeth? Ergo, an assault. Especially the prestige damage for the MC would be enormous.

The two chicks thing probably refers to the shower scene from EP4 Sage path, with Melanie and Sarah. If it's a challenge for you to get the MC to fuck them, then let your MC do it. But it takes more self-control and strength as a man to refuse such an offer. The spirit was willing, but the flesh was weak. I want my MC's spirit to be in a strong body. But please, if your MC burns out like Tommy, move on, move on.

I wouldn't look at it that way. By the MC's weckie decision, he saves Dereck from a beating from Bert. I don't want to know what would happen if Derek put that sperm in Dawe Shake. Well, Derek might lose Ashley and my MC wouldn't have to swallow his sperm. After all, it's so much better to be a DIK.

That's right. The feelings are what matter. Without feelings, people become machines that only function. In Tommy's case, he only functions with drugs and sees sex with Heather as a necessary evil just so he can have the benefits of a girlfriend. Very desirable, but not for me.

I could have done without the shower scene with Jill. But my MC showers with Jill anyway, but behaves like a gentleman, because for my MC only the friendship with Jill counts.

For you, of course, the chick doesn't feel organic because you can't use your hand as much as you'd like.:ROFLMAO:

The DPC game mechanic serves two different consumer groups. The somewhat immature players and the players who don't think BaDIK is a porn VN.

Chick makes the MC a mature character and the arguments for that are above.

Oh, these Chick players who want to convince others that only their way is the most correct and worthy.
Dik is a self-sufficient path, he is the complete opposite of Chick, but in contrast complements the stories of depth. This is the same as saying that water is real beauty and greatness, and fire is only destruction and death. Dude, fire allowed our ancestors to survive! Fire was the cause of Prometheus' torment.
The fact that you are faithful to only one girl does not automatically make you older or better than someone.
Does Tony Stark behave like a child? Definitely.
Is he fucking awesome?
Fucking yes. Tony Stark is bigger than any other character from a fucking Marvel movie, he's the reason why movies have become popular in general. Tony Stark is fucking MASSIVE DIK. Captain Americf is fucking MASSIVE CHICK.
To be honest, Chick is the biggest hypocrite in the game. At the end of episode 8, you can make absolutely all the main girls suffer. Yes, you can say that you shouldn't play like that, but the fucking game allows you to do so. If Pink didn't want us to play like this, he would have punished the fucking Chick player playing like Dik. But he doesn't punish the bitch!
Therefore, Chick is a fucking hypocrite who pretends to be a chick and a proper good guy, in fact an ordinary confused guy who does not know what he wants. There's nothing here that makes a guy mature or wise.
You also relate the CHICK way only to the girls. There are a lot of chick decisions that are not made because of the girls, but are about how the MC is perceived by others, how the MC defines himself.

But you can all play DIK for all I care. That's what everyone decides for themselves.

Yeah, I don't think that MC was given the opportunity to explore his views or even have his opinions challenged in the gender studies class. He certainly didn't learn anything other than that his instructor is perfectly fine with sexual harassment in the workplace so long as she holds the power. He was just kind of turned into a straw man and used as a punching bag when he wasn't just serving as an unpaid therapist for his classmates. I actually think that Derek got more out of the class than he did LOL.
I'd say the actual lesson is even simpler: Jade is a terrible teacher.

She's the one who lets the class run completely off the rails and passes people regardless of their grasp of the material. When Maya actually walked the MC through the material in the library he seemed at least marginally interested in it. So I think it's fair to say that whatever merits "feminism" might have in the BaDIK-verse, Jade's class wasn't the place to find them.

of all the things he done, this forced " morality " system is definitely the weakest part of the game.
Instead of the Follow your heart, it should be Follow the Mechanical System.
it is still not as bad as the our red string overly complicated system, but its still bad overall. We just learned to accept it.

But you can't force a moral debate, when it's a system that determine it, that often based on choices that characters should not even know.
Jill getting upset over me for picking Sage, I can understand. Jill dumping me, because she feel an invisible aura around me based on choices that has nothing to do with her, is the Bullshit system. :ROFLMAO:
Affinity *isn't* a morality system. It's at most an indication of the MC's mindset, and most of the time it's not even a good measure of that. Affinity is probably best thought of as an affectation, a stylistic choice regarding how the MC presents himself.

Unfortunately, the system is really, *really* badly implemented. So it's needlessly complicated, often contradictory, and on occasion does come across as a bargain basement morality meter.

As you say, we've just learned to live with it.
