Yes, Quinn was playing games with Maya. She baited her and played her for shits and giggles.

Quinn didn't and doesn't know about Maya's financial situation so it wasn't like she was playing her for that. She probably got a feeling about Maya like, "This girl's not cut out to be a HOT", or maybe she just didn't like her for some other reason, but it's so clear that Quinn, throughout the whole thing, was messing with Maya and never wanted to let her in. The clearest indication of that was when she was all geared up to deny both her and Josy, but when Arieth confirms they completed their list and she had to accept them, Riona says, "Checkmate", like she's happy for M&J because they bested Quinn and beat her at her own game and because Riona knew Quinn didn't want to let them in.

This doesn't have anything to do with Quinn not wanting to "share the business with her", but simply that, for her own reasons, Quinn didn't like Maya from the outset and decided to play games with her, to toy for her for own amusement.



Quinn talks about the tuition rumour in the Ep 3 pool scene and talks about "loose lips", but follows it up with "Loose hips get tips". People therefore assume that Maya is now somehow supposed to be utterly clairvoyant and realise that this means she has to sell her body for the tuition money, as if that's a normal thought process when someone makes what appears to be just a flippant and provocative comment that is inline with their character.

It's an utterly ridiculous assertion by people who just want to find anything they can to continue to denegrate Maya. But who really, in their right mind, would hear a comment like that and think that this means that Quinn is running a quid pro quo prositution ring and that this is how they'll get their tuition? It's a massive and unlikely leap to think that she should know the full meaning of that statement. It's ludicrous to think or try to claim that Maya, or anyone for that matter, should have "put 2 and 2 together" because this is not something anyone would reasonably think simply because of a comment like that.

Here I have to correct you. Quinn knows about Maya's financial situation so Maya needs money. Quinn just doesn't know it's because of Patrick.

In a conversation between Riona and Quinn from EP1, Quinn says so she plans with Camila and Maya. It's about the restaurant. In EP1, Maya was really always hot dressed and actual from the looks perfect restaurant material. Quinn first planned to bring Maya to the restaurant, but because Maya refused the initiation from the MC, refused the cum petition with Derek, Quinn learned that Derek is Maya's twin brother, and Maya wanted to change mothers, Quinn started playing with Maya.

In EP2 the MC already told Maya so Quinn uses the girls to make money.

I think Quinn's feelings towards MC have two phases:
-First one, MC is Quinn's fantasy. She knows he's (or will be when he passes the "freshy" phase) the kind of guy she likes, and somehow dreams with being a "normal" girl, like Sage or Jill, for example. A girl with a life way less complicated, and being able to just date a guy like MC and be happy. That's what she asks to the "8-ball" when she's at MC's room. We know the answer. But during the hang out in Quinn's room, she waits until he's asleep to cuddle with him. She knows its not real, but she wants to play just for a moment at being a normal girl with a normal boyfriend to cuddle with. But probably she doesn't think in MC as a real partner possibility there. After the scene in the park in front of the library, the idea just begins to appear in her brain, specially because she sees MC is interested in her even after knowing her a little bit. I suppose most of the guys she knows including the DIKs are aware that they couldn't handle her, and maintain the distances. MC in Quinn's path is different.

-Second one, after Vinnie's visit to MC' room, Quinn realizes that because of her activities, Vinnie came to the party and now MC is in Vinnie's radar. He's in danger somehow because of her and Tommy. So she decides to involve him in her business as a mean of not keeping him in the ignorance and keep an eye on him. Now, if he's involved at least in some of Quinn's business, there could be a real possibility of some kind of relationship between MC and her in Quinn's brain. Not that Quinn is decided to seriously date MC or something like that, she's not that kind of girl, but at least something like "rolling together", as Lily would say.

I don't think MC is going to be a second Vinnie. I suppose Vinnie was more than ready to be introduced into the drugs world, and I don't think MC is that kind of guy. But somehow he's going to be involved, and probably is going to at least try to "rescue" Quinn of that life. Probably at some point Vinnie is going to try to physically harm Quinn in retaliation of stealing his territory, and MC is going to have a serious fight with him to protect her, although I don't think that is going to happen in the next episode. Maybe is going to be the ending of the season 3 or something like that. I see MC in a hospital with a bullet wound, but not as a drug dealer.

Jokes aside, I think that due to Sage's upringing(we know that her mother is a touchy subject, and I mean birth mother, and not touchy subject as MC touchy touchy mama Jady) she is focusing on herself mostly. Look, I love Quinn and I do not mind repeating myself in that regard. But I have a very hard time imagining someone like her having nice dreams about a sugarcoated life together with someone she can love. At least I rule that possibility out of the picture in regard to early Quinn. She was thoroughly taught to distrust people. And without trust, love is a chimera. That is not to say that she is hopeless and that she cannot find love along the way. In fact, I am pretty sure that she is falling for Fuckface, as I already stated previously. It's not really Maya's job to figure out what exactly it is that the HOTs possibly get, that's so valuable to them they'd offer free tuitions, and where precisely they get the money for it from. She's heard rumors, she's asked sorority VP about them. There's nothing stupid about expecting a VP of the sorority to act professional enough to say "No, these are just silly rumors, there's nothing like this" if this is the case. And for the president to know who they nominate for such important position.

I have got stuck on the free roam in the Hots house in Ep 4
Version 0.8.2 compressed, Sancho mod, mini games disabled,
Sage's path, I have 2 tasks: talk to sage, rest in her bed.

I can only find a small part of the house: scenes with Quinn,
Riona & Camila/Mona. There is a sort of hallway that looks like
the bottom of stairs, but no arrow to go up. There is a button
at top left that looks like fast travel (white arrow on green
square with brown border) but this does nothing. (main menu
> options > fast travel is enabled).

Please any advice?

Yeah. I, for one, don't dislike Maya. In fact, she was my first fav girl when I played the game for the first time, back when the episode 6 was the latest one. But her naivete is off the charts.
