I doubt that he created any textures on his own. It's not that easy. If I understand right, it's not just a plain image which you edit on your own and get any what you want. There are a lot of texture types, such a bump map, shader map and a lot of other stuff and I'm sure that they are not available for direct edit, because packed in some special file format or something like that. And the texture packs are usually "stick" to a specific models. You can take some model body, but attach to it another model head. But this Maya's model texture seems to be a standard one, a lot of fan-art created with her and there are always the same texture. If it would be so easy, then some fan-art creators would probably already altered her textures. The same for the rest of models.

The other reason - it's ok when creator improve overall rendering quality, lighting, etc. But when you change such an important thing like characters skin - you need to explain it at least, otherwise it will look like absurd. And I have no idea how you'd explain significant changes in Maya's skin for example.

I don't know much about DAZ, but it doesn't have any flexible shader settings like Autodesk Maya or Marmoset Toolbar. When you transfer a texture to Maya, you can adjust various parameters in the Arnold render engine (weight, roughness, metalness, etc.), but there's no such thing in DAZ. Of course you can create a realistic skin texture in Materialize, where you can adjust weight map, normal map, diffuse map, etc. and then transfer it to Photoshop, but unfortunately in DAZ you can't finalize and fix it, because there can always be errors of material conversion. Iray unfortunately is not designed for this. I think DPC noticed his mistake with the normal map or displacement map, but he will probably have to re-create the texture. He's just hoping that players won't pay as much attention to Maya's skin, Sage's shiny skin, or Josy's teeth.

Created this last 30 mins, it was easy. Simple environment and minimum details for fast rendering, because I don't want to spend a lot of electricity on Sally. I can't post there, but someone will leak it.

Wow, really? It's one of the moments, when their affinity incompatibility comes into play as well. When MC is DIK and she is Chick or vise versa there are a lot of awkward moments. It's better not to be mad on her to have a longer chat with her. And they are doing quite well when their affinities the same.

It's easier to check their chat versions via game script than play the game for every possible permutations (or edit your save after playing interlude part).

I'll have to see it anyway, my perfectionist soul demands that all scenes be opened, all renders found, all the possibilities of the game explored. Do you see the sacrifices I have to make? If Sally gets softer and decides to jump on a 9 inch anaconda then so be it, but it doesn't hurt to joke about it.
And if we here about nerdy girls, I like KRJ more. Despite her social disorder, she tries to socialize and communicate with people. Plus she obviously likes MC, we see it all the time in Ep.9.
