Even with mini-games turned off, there are still quite a few that get foisted upon the player in recent updates.didn't you turn them off when the game asked you in chapter 1?

I think what perplexes me more than anything is the introduction of several more minigames this deep into the game with like 6 episodes left.

you can reduce the difficulty in the menu, for some reason the minigame is set from base to hard difficulty.

Legend has it that that was actually how Maya's and Derek's mother got it as well.
I don't even mind them too much. The Brawl overhaul was okay, the party planning is actually okay as well and makes somewhat sense. The science one at least feels a little bit like actually brewing some chemicals. But the new minesweeper math one...like...WTF?! And instead of doing like one or two, you have to do five? WHY?! Who in his right mind would find that fun?!

Another thing that bothers me is how many mini-games there are, even if you disable them.
There's very few instances of cheat points in CH.10:
* "Look at Zoey" if on any main branch
* "Look at them" during yoga if on Jill path
* "Touch them" (them being Maya's socks) if on any main branch other than MJ
* "Not yet" if asked if MC has fucked Arieth, if on any main branch other than MJ
* "Show me the goods" if won beer pong and on any main branch
and that's all.
