Quinn didn't steal customers from Vinny. They have an agreement and Lily lives on campus where, according to the agreement, Vinny is not allowed to sell anything. What Lily does with the drugs isn't Quinn's problem.
That's why Riona was kidnapped. In EP6, Riona says herself so that she could have been seen with Quinn when Quinn told her so that she was attacked by the guy. In EP4, Mick saw Quinn and Riona together and EP10, Riona is kidnapped. Why Riona? Because Buddy made a promise to Rox to take care of Quinn. This way, Buddy can keep his promise and Vinny gets the information he wants.
Of course, that's Lily's problem now. Why? She supplies his customers (Pink Rose Girls, not a student) with drugs.
This is Quinn's arc and things are about to get ugly. The only question is whether the MC was seen with Quinn or not.

Actually, she stole them. According to Quinn herself she did it. This scheme with Lily is a weak excuse. Do you think it would be a normal explanation for Vinny to say that "Lily is part of the campus now" and what she does with drugs is her business? It wouldn't work. Vinny is a cunt, but Quinn actually took his customers.

The MC gets the least out of the VIP pass.
The MC can only afford the silver gym membership and doesn't have the money for the gold membership. What if it's the same with the VIP Pass?
When does the MC get the VIP pass? In EP6, the DIK Mansion was already destroyed and Rusty probably only has money for a rust-colored VIP pass (Madame). What would he get for a golden VIP pass? Envy? Lily? Everything has it's price.

this is just a flaw in dpc's understanding of dope dealing. small time pot dealers never have, and never will get to "claim" a customer. this plot only makes sense in his world.
