You need Season 1 - 2 first. Once you are finished with that, you need Season 3 Interlude + Episode 10 and patch that to v0.10.1.

I have absolutely nothing against Quinn (actually like the character), but she is a manipulative lying b... if you know you are about to potentially start a "gang war", you should at the very least inform the members of your gang.

But Rio is not in her gang more like she is her errand boy, Quinn even tried to reduce her self-confidence so that Rio would stay in business, plus despite sorority "sisterhood" she shows that "HOTS" is just good platform for earning moneys. So, Quinn learned her lessons from dad and believe or care no one and she is alone in her "gang".
