Rio and Lily do require previous engagements to be on their paths. You need to hook up with Lily in Episode 7 at the HOTs party, then choose to roll with her in Episode 10. For Rio you need to cheer her up at the Halloween party, make out with her in the movie room, and go on a date with her in Episode 10.

I wonder where the Jade relationship will end up. Assuming you didn't pick Sage and didn't make the recording, I mean. I can't imagine she simply forgives you betraying her trust in the latter case, especially since it leads to such a massive blow to her livelihood.
There are moments of emotion between you and Jade, separate from the thrilling sex. Like when she talks to you after the Josy/Maya revelation (if I remember correctly). And if you do break up with her, especially if you pick Sage, she gets pretty damn upset. I think she basically calls you "just a scumbag like all men, using a woman until it suits you to abandon her." And/or slaps you. To me, that implies she was looking for a reliable emotional partner, not just a sex buddy with the spice of an illicit affair thrown in.
It seems by no means certain that Jade will want to stay with you once the divorce is finalized and she's officially "free." Which could be imminent, since she was handed the divorce papers in Ep 10. Would she try to make it work with a younger man? Will DPC let us explore such a thing? Or will Jade's relationship dead-end as she breaks it off with you?

I don't think Jade was looking for a reliable emotional partner in MC, it's just a bonus that he's touchy feely. Plus i don't think things will get too romantic with Jade, we already have Bella as the teacher to fall in love with.
As for whether or not she'd stick with MC after the divorce, I don't see why not, at least for the time being. She's rich, they have hot sex, nothing needs to immediately change.

I think she's a dead end like most side girls. She will want to keep the relationship hidden but unlike Bella it will stay an affair because she has more to lose given her status in B&R

Jade's status at B&R steams from Stephen and his money. Without him she will loose most of her clout, besides she is no longer MC's teacher. If there is no recording of her and MC nobody can prove that their relationship started when she was his teacher. Their only problem is Sage.

Lily may be hiding something, but so is Bella, so it probably isn't that bad and she is catching feelings, I see an hapoy ending for her.
Nicole, MC didn't have doubts, he just said lets just enjoy each other right now, I see a happy ending.
I think Riona and Zoey are locks for happy endings. I think Nora has a good shot with kids ending. Jade I see as having a ending, but may burn some bridges, I don't think sage will agree.
The rest I see as bittersweet or no endings as of right now.
