What kind of cheat you install dude. Previously I also install cheat in my game but stop it because it crashes the game, but that's it, I don't remember a cheat that stop your game progression. Unless you changes some variable that makes it look like you are all in the relationship with L.I. without any consequence. If I am correct you should check your variables so that game will progress even with the cheat.
