This system never meant to define a good-bad person. DPC writes Tremolo as a good guy, and if he does some shit, he's a good guy who does it out of stupidity/inexperience in life. We can't be absolute evil or a sociopath like Nika Cyrus.
I agree with you, he is a nice decent guy at heart. The problem is he is a magnet for problems (the jocks & Troy) and let's be honest, Tommy is a complete bastard asshole until Hell Week ends (after that is a 90% bastard asshole). All this mess makes possible the MC makes some bad (or at least questionable) decisions but in the long term, unless you specifically play a Massive DIK path, he will going back to be at least a neutral guy

I thought Maya leans more towards the dik side especially in the official walkthrough where he get + ppints for every dik choice mc made
The only main non-DIK choice Maya/Josy path happens at the end of episode 4, the beginning of the throuple. I believe the rest of the game you get more RP points from them being a DIK/neutral, for example you get +Josy RP at the start of the game with the nasty joke and drawing dicks
About he rest of the MG if I'm not wrong, the only DIK hater is Jill, because you can get Sage and Bella regardless of your affinity (I agree Sage tends to be a DIK girl and Bella a CHICK girl)
