I just hope the whole maya subplot gets wrapped up in ep11, i even like Maya but i cant see/hear from it anymore. Its just too much of an immature problem, yeah patrick is an ass but girl ... youre behaving stupid and dense, if your father behaves like that you have to try to emancipate yourself way harder than you did and not just do nothing until MC comes along to takes care of your problems .........

then perhaps the alternative to the mountains could be a visit to MC's hometown, where we saw Sage, Josy lives there and Maya would not be a problem

Best estimate I've seen indicates probably mid February 2025. That timeline is based on DPC's description of the work he has remaining to finish the episode. One of the biggest bottlenecks anymore is rendering all the animations, particularly as he wants them all to be 60fps.

If we're lucky, it might drop in January. If we're unlucky, March. But anyone hoping episode 11 would be their Christmas present this year is almost certainly going to be disappointed.

There is another alternative that was shown to us at the beginning of EP4. It is the flashback where Josy and Maya met. The camp was by a lake and the conversation tells us that it is near where Maya and Derek live. We also learn that Josy was living with her mother Iris Moore at the time and initially wanted to move in with her father.

What if Josy and the MC visit her mother Iris Moore and Clive?
