I don't see Jill inviting either J/M nor Sage, while the LI have all been getting closer to each other, Jill is not as close to the others as she is with Bella and Bianca.
Also, even if she did invite Maya, I doubt she would be able to afford to go and would be too proud to accept anyone paying for her and if Maya doesn't go Josy won't either.

As usual I enjoy your optimism (and your edits) but Bella herself said the Hallowen party was a one time event and that she wouldn't attend other parties. Specially if she wants to hide her relationship with the MC.

You shouldn't forget the AVN logic... For example, a generous anonymous college donor funds a weekend trip for the HOTs, the nerds and the preps just before Christmas and Bella and Jade are the chosen teachers to monitor them. With this move you have all the MG and almost all the LI (Girls like Bianca can be added because "they paid the trip themselves")

There will be a lot of high-profile novelties at the beginning of the year and its release will be simply unnoticeable against the background of these novelties. The last time it was released on Steam it became popular largely because it had no competition among the big games.

I'm leaning more towards a contract with a band or even a whole label.
Second option. He has a deal with an artist who will create assets for him. He won't influence the work, just do 3d models for him to his specifications. For example, DPC says that he needs a certain model of a bus for a trip out of town, and those that are available in the DAZ store do not suit him.
Third option. He has found an investor for his game. I do not know why and how, but someone will help him with money and he will no longer depend on patreon.

On the other hand, he said it's exciting news, including for him.
