Yeah buddy, you can turn anyone down. There is a little bit of forced stuff, but you can get off their paths.

You also have to make a choice near end of season 2 anyway.

It's simply not possible to get both Quinn and permanent CHICK affinity.

The check is then yea, right after Chad finally breaks up with Sage. Early chapter 6.

You'll need to have DIK affinity for that check, which by that point, means you'll either end up with permanent DIK affinity or neutral affinity.
