It wouldn't be very effective, Derek is like a dog that poops on carpet. You gotta slap him as he is pooping not when you arrive home to see stale dog poop that marinated on the carpet for 8 hours, then the dog won't understand why he is being disciplined. What we should have is option to slap him at Pink Rose and tell him to get back in his cage (the pink neon one in this case). Then another affliction from MC would be gone and it would be "To pull a Derek" not "To pull a *insert your name here*".
