So, I have a theory. I don't know if it's been said before, but I think Camilla's pregnant.
1) At the beginning of ep8, Camilla says when talking to Riona that she drank a lot of water and needs to go to the bathroom. Why is this scene necessary? Why emphasize it so much?
2) In ep9 she also says she needs to go to the bathroom.
3) At the beginning of ep10, she doesn't like the smell of pumpkin.
It's funny that none of the characters talk about wanting to pee except Zoey, but that was a joke.
Camilla's pregnancy gives a lot of room for possible drama.
1) Who is the father? If it's Burke, she could blackmail him.
What if it's Rusty? Then Rusty will have to change and become more serious.
2) Drama in Sage's path. The problem is that it's harder not to fuck Camilla than it is to fuck her. She's one of the most easily available girls during the game. Sage will probably suspect that MC is father, especially if that threesome happens. One hint is the weird points given for scenes with Camilla. What if they're not related to the Camilla scene, but just say that Sage will think of MC first when he finds out about Camilla's pregnancy?
Major downsides to the theory:
1) Timeskip. How much time has passed from the end of ep9 to the end of ep10? When is she supposed to find out she's pregnant?
2) NTR problem. But probably the game will never reveal who the true father of Camilla's baby is.

This theory was advocated by NebulousShooter and me back in the day. Being a canon event it can't be mc the father, and so the drama with Sage makes no sense (which then not all players care what she thinks)

It would move the restaurant situation a bit, Riona at most will do it for drugs.

Another piece of circumstantial evidence was that Camilla had kind of dropped off mc's radar, being left out of the ninth chapter finale. Now she , however, is at it again with the possible threesome with Sage and the preview in the new chapter.

Usually badik is extremely simpler and more predictable than imagined. That it is just a dpc joke remains the most credible hypothesis.

RAM? It stresses CPU, then maybe a bit the GPU. RAM should't really be the issue (unless he has less than 8GB) because I had problems when I run it on a laptop with 16GB RAM, but its CPU and dedicated video card are old. By the way, both those minigames are really useless.
You can check the bottleneck using HWMonitor.

Nothing immediately, but in ep 10 there is a small reference to it, that you holding the highest score, when Rio try to make MC jealous .

Probably Nora, she seems nice enough and would probably be happy with Neil. Despite both struggling financially and clearly carrying around a lot of grief the guy has been a good and attentive Dad (which feels like a fucking rarity in AVNs). Guy deserves an intelligent and loving blonde with big tits to spend retirement with and make Fuckface some siblings.

I'd choose Jade for the wealth but he'd probably bury her on a construction site after a year of that inevitable ear ache.

People tend to miss it because it doesn't immediately trigger, but it's the setup for the fireman puking during the costume contest. See below.

I'm going to summarize, since there's a lot of partial answers.

The scene in question is a reference to a convo with Nick back in Episode 4, where he says Vinny's room has been used for fucking and pissing since he left the DIKs. When the scene is triggered (again, just keep moving around your bedroom throughout the various areas and it'll trigger easily), the drunk sheriff wanders in because he remembered that he used to piss in the ruined library.

The scene can only be activated before talking to Sage, because while she's talking, you can see the guy peeing into a beer bottle and MC confronting him.
