As it relates to the point of my post, which apparently wasn't made well I admit, the division among people here and those who are okay or not with all the scenarios you mentioned, vary wildly when it comes to this game. What is good for the goose is not always good for the gander when it comes to DPK and this game compared to similar projects. You are right, the quality is much better here along with the content quantity, but again, my point was the number of people who will defend on here at all costs but turn and poopie on the same scenario in other games.
I like this game and his content just fine. It is well above average IMHO. And I have plenty to do irl until this or any other game updates. That was not my point.
Enjoy whatever you are doing lately though. That's what is important.

I assumed that you tried to humiliate people in the thread by using words like "white knight" or "Stockholm Syndrome" because they dare to wait for update for so long yet give no complain about it. If not, well, I'm not sure what was the purpose of the post then. To tell there are people who has no problem waiting for a longer period of time because it usually means that quality of the content will be better? My approach is to convert the time between updates and content of the update into a content per month average. It's not an exact science but basically if a scene and appropriate story build up take more than two months on average the dev is too slow. DPC manages a scene and story in less than a month on average so he is well within that limit.

Is it annoying that the episodes take so long? Yes. Is he still and asshole? Seems like it, though I have no direct experience. Are there devs that update more often, but deliver less content per month and therefore deserve less support? Hell yes!
