I don't know what the F95 definition is for NTR, but the general definition is just "cheating", mainly on (one of) the protagonists. I can't remember if we ever see Elena and JB having sex, but as far as I know Gina and Penny aren't in a relationship but are just having one night stands/FWB's, so they wouldn't count as NTR according to the general definition.

This is not true. According to the genre, NTR is understood as "when LIs being taken from MC by another character", in other words - MC being a cuck. If we have sex with someone who was seen in sexual interactions and this is not a full-fledged LI - this is not NTR. I mean, you meet a girl, have sex with her, and realize she's not a virgin. That doesn't make you a cuck. That would be an absurd worldview. But there is a problem - dozens of fragiles that scream NTR!!! and break threads. Not a problem for DPC. And he slightly tests the waters in Ep. 10 - we had Jacob who tried to kiss Zoey, Jacob saw Sage naked, gradually develops the topic with Elena - he watches how his audience reacts. For some it is enough to start raging. But DPC doesn't give a fuck about the Zone, and he can always ban those who are crying on Patreon. After all, it's happened before - the J/M reveal in Ep.3 led to a shitshorm in the thread from the anti-NTR mob, actual fires, and the active ones I know avoiding the thread and the game. And it's always been a militant minority, not the majority of the audience.
Further I propose not to develop this topic. Mods do not like NTR discussions. I have expressed my position on this matter.

If the anti-NTR brigade think Sarah or Melanie aren't continuing to give it up to any guy with cash even after being with MC then I have bad news for them. Also, as to prior activity Riona was working the glory hole well before Tremolo comes to B&R, and Cammy potentially had a round or two there before you have your first action with her. There is also a non-zero chance that Rio and Cammy have been with some customers after MC's initial interactions with them, cuz girls got bills to pay. There is therefore plenty of side girl action (off-camera but reasonable to assume) that would qualify as NTR. In a game about horny college students they are going to do what horny college students are prone to do.

Yep. The reality is that side girls are fucking around a lot, it's just not shown to the player, and it's not necessary to show, game is not about it. The thread now has a normal audience and everyone basically doesn't care about it.

I've read that Tiffani is less intelligent than the other dorm girls (how she can be less intelligent than Becky is anybody's guess) but I can't remember her really saying something. Is there any scene where we can see that in practice?

I've never seen anything to indicate she's dumb. There is nothing in her chat at the start of the Halloween Party, or during the body shots, or in bed, or even chatting with Tommy that would make me think she's on Becky/Arieth level.
