All joking aside, I've been pondering over the mechanics of this AVN. This isn't the answer you were looking for, but bear with me a minute. I too would like to know the answers to this.
Okay, so you have all of the way until flushing the papers in chapter 8 to make affinity choices. You are locked in after that one (if not before). There are at least a couple DIK choices and buying from her restaurant required to get on Quinn's path. You CANNOT date Josy and Maya. I'm pretty sure there is another LI (Jill or Bella?) that causes Quinn to kick you off her path. She's very temperamental that way.
The girls seem to have a certain affinity ranking. Can Jill be romanced on a DIK path? Jill seems the purest. Josy and Maya won't even accept you if you're a DIK. Maya seems purer than Josy but is... corruptible. Josy likes the MC's crass humor and even the pulling of her pony tail (but not necessarily if you are a DIK). Sage likes a bad boy, but seems to easily warm up to MC whatever path you end on. She is middle ground. That leaves the Others. I think Quinn was meant to be the opposite end of the spectrum, pure DIK path. But I hope I'm mistaken. If Rio survives, she seems to be in between Sage and Quinn. Anywho, just my thoughts on it.

Jill path, she calls you to help with her nerves in Episode 6. She's even in the reflection of MC's sunglasses.

Yeah I noticed the reflection but damn I don't recall that scene specifically with the glasses and everything. I'm guilty of really retaking the same routes in my playthroughs and jus trying to squeeze in different LIs tbh Maybe I just have bad memory.

Silly Jillybean! So, does anyone actually passively choose not to help Jill? Just... why wouldn't you? Does her failing the recital amount to anything at this point in the story-so-far? I've never tried it.

So the only issue should be if there are enough Chick-affinity choices to get from DIK to Chick during the timeframe of helping Quinn in chapter 6 to the affinity-lock in chapter 8.

I don't see the point in giving up sex in season 1. Zoe broke off the relationship herself, the MC doesn’t owe her anything. If in the future it turns out that a clean playthrough is necessary, I will do it. But I don't think this will happen.
I have some good news for you, and some great news for you. The good news is that there's an entire episode already out that you appear to have missed the release of fourteen month ago. The great news is that there's another new episode coming soon that's probably less than a month out at this point.
I wouldn't be surprised if DPC tossed in something for players who stay faithful to Zoey until the end, but there probably won't be that much dedicated content.
