I'm not the one being vague here. You only say that Neil should worry about Bella being married. I point out that Neil is very emotionally focused and would worry about any girl's emotional attachment to his son and now you suddenly say it was obviously about James' potentially violent nature. Of which there is no indication whatsoever.
I meant that if
Bella is married then she has a husband, right? In the case of
James coming back, you suggested a divorce and made it seem simple when there is no evidence to support that statement either. Will
James accept an amicable divorce? Is
Bella sure that divorce is a better option than trying to save her marriage? These are possibilities that MC didn't think of and that Neil might notice.
Bella doesn't think things through? They have a long talk about the "elephants in the room". How is that not thinking things through? Bella shows hesitation at every early moment of their relationship. She fights her emotions, but can't win. This is shown very clearly throughout the game, yet you act like these things never occurred to her.
That discussion in EP.8 about elephants was ridiculous. The most important questions weren't asked, and the ones that were asked only served to show that
Bella really didn't think anything through.
An example of this was when
MC asked what the B&R handbook said about relationships between teachers and students and
Bella said she didn't know.
MC himself asked why she didn't look into this topic since the two were getting more and more involved as the days went by. Do I need to say more?
Her relationship with Jill is in shambles? Jill was one of the elephants in the room they discussed and they were determined to tell her. She just happened to catch them at it. In the next morning. When she showed up unannounced. In the privacy of Bella's home. What reasonable precautions did they fail to take? What would "thinking things through" have achieved?
Bella should have told
Jill the truth (about her and
MC being romantically involved with each other) before inviting
MC to her house for dinner. Once again it shows that
Bella hasn't thought about anything, much less the future.
Bella has a bad habit of putting off things that need to be addressed as soon as possible, do you disagree with that too?
You say Bella isn't thinking about "tomorrow". Well she obviously has.
I can't agree with that statement." In EP.10,
MC asked
Bella about their relationship since she's married, and she simply said
she didn't know and couldn't answer. Does this sound like a response coming from a woman who is thinking about tomorrow? Be honest... At this point,
Bella is literally driving with the
MC on a road she doesn't know where it leads to. Too stubborn to ask for directions or stop at the nearest gas station, she keeps driving, hoping something will happen (and it will happen when
James comes back).
