Are you talking about speeding up the videos in-game? I could probably take a guess as to how—editing the script, or replacing the files with sped up versions—but I wouldn't recommended doing that.
If you mean just the files like I'm doing, then there's plenty of ways.

Really? I would like to do it by editing the file and not the code. I have tried programs like Vegas PRO, but the quality is always lower than the original even if I configure the conversion with the same attributes as the original file.
