I knew the timeline of this game was surprisingly compressed but jesus I had thought it was like a month per season, not two weeks. At this rate the game's "climax" will be New Years.

Only the first season goes slow though (as in probably 2 weeks). Season 2 however deals with a larger amount of time, considering it goes from the end of hell week (probably end of August, beginning of september, depending on when the school year has started) to close to Halloween. Season 3 already goes from just before Halloween (if you count the flashback at the Burkes) to Thanksgiving, which is another month.

I'm doing S2 right now, it's one month after game start halfway through episode 7. S3 starts just before the Halloween party, which we don't know when it actually takes place. Meanwhile we aren't even at Thanksgiving proper yet.
Lily's alright, but it's not even a fair contest.

It's said in the game that the Thanksgiving dinner at the Bailey's is on proper Thanksgiving.
So halfway through S3 we're at late November. I guess the "latest" timeline wise the game could end then is Valentines (not including epilogues) unless there's a massive time jump at some point.

Not really. We already know episode 11 will take at least about another month to around Christmas, so it might be that (unless episode 12 is almost completely about New Year) S4 might end on or just before Valentines. We also know that DPC says he needs at least to episode 14 excluding epilogues for the main story. My guess (and many others) is rather that the complete BaDIK ends around Spring Break than Valentines.
I've also thought about Spring Break but something about the timescale the more I look at them feels like there'd need to be sudden weeks skipped and it feels increasingly like that ship has sailed given where the story's going.
I struggle to see S3 itself ending post-Christmas at this point, especially given the teaser at the start of S3.

I’m procrastinating on my next playthrough. I have pretty much every character path I want ready except… I realized that all my saves with the mini games enabled were earlier runs in which the saves are probably janked. I was getting a lot of errors when I initially started the game (problems collecting the special renders) until I cleared Renpy’s persistent files and started over… My hardware really despises some of the mini games, as well. Can’t decide what path I really want to do for this undertaking. Thoughts? Which girl best girl for this?

Just open game and hit "shift+g" and that'll open Ren'py's settings. Select an option under Renderer and playthrough a bit to see if that helps, if it doesn't go to the next. Setting a Frame Rate limit might also help you or some combination of the two settings. If it does end up helping you, just be aware that those options are only for that client of Ren'Py so you'd have to change it for the S1+2 part, and S3 part seperately.
