I have played the others route with lots of Quinn scenes. The story stays mostly the same with Rio questioning why she always gets dismissed and Quinn confiding in Lily. Rio starting to think about relationships. Rio fighting with Quinn over the smoking for free accusations. And Lily there taking Quinn's back. Quinn discussing with Tommy if she can trust Lily. It all points to Lily becoming Quinn's new right hand no matter what path you take. And don't forget, Quinn is all about that chess strategy. Having your next move planned ahead of time. She can be in cohoots with Vinny, just to screw him over in the future.

The reason Quinn confides to Lily is becouse Lily has dirt on her, that if it comes out would do her more harm.
That is untill Quinn finds dirt on Lily, she'll directly turn on her.

Even as Rio asks if she paid enough this time, seeing tommy told Rio that Quinn said she was smoking for free Quinn was already thinking on lies to turn things around to not look bad in Rio's eyes.
As for Rio's kidnapping, seeing Rio is already digging to far into Quinn she sees her as a disposable pawn, and is propably relieved. while doing nothing to search for her, not even giving into the demands of Vinny. the only problem that might pose for Quinn is if Rio comes back and tells everyone that she did nothing to help Rio, if Vinny is smart he'll propably let Rio hear his phone convo with Quinn, so that Rio knows where she stands.
And if someone else does find out about the kidnapping and does try to find Rio safe and sound and then tries to confront Quinn, she'll simply say, its none of your dmn business. That is if they can get past Vinny with a Gun.
The best solution to that is if we can get help from the Dik's, Hot's and our close friends. but we'll propably know who will be absent during the search, someone who will advice against the search, and someone who will pretend to search.

So to sum it up. well we all propably can guess the outcomes.

Quinn and Vinny are shown to be antagonistic towards each other, and since Quinn is breaking her agreement with Vinny and selling drugs to Lily and the strippers who were previously buying from Vinny they're actually in direct competition. And by all likelihood it was Vinny who had some guy go steal Quinn's money in an attempt to get her out of the way so that he could expand into the college market unopposed. Did you pay no attention while you were playing?

In the game you have Vinny talking to Buddy undermining his trust in Quinn, which he does when he asks how much Buddy trusts Quinn, and then asks why Buddy had Mick following Riona (in the blue van), and then Vinny and Mick kidnap Riona. By all likelihood the agreement to divide the market whereby the strippers were part of Vinny's share and the college was Quinn's share, was imposed by Buddy who is the supplier to both of them (it makes sense that you don't want your subordinates fighting each other over the same customers). Therefore the kidnapping of Riona is to extract information from her because Vinny wants to prove to Buddy that Quinn has broken the agreed upon partition of the market, and as such have Quinn removed as competition and expand his own share of the market.

It is even pointed out by Buddy to Quinn that Vinny is making more profits than Quinn and that if Quinn "knew how he operates" she wouldn't have money problems.

Hey if i was to download the Season 3 Interlude + Episode 10 would that download everything all in one, or would i need to download S1 - S2 - S3 all separately and play it in order that way. THX

The non smart ass answer. S1/2 is a separate exe to S3. You need to download them separately. Once you've finished S1/2 you can import your save into S3

I am 75/25 that rio is dead, and for people saying why the characters partying with Rio missing is that no one knows what happened to her. Remember she wasn't really close to anyone aside from Quinn and Camilla.

Now who can it be? If its Vinny, possibility of her dying is high cause he can kill to send a message.

Another possibility is Stephen (Remember his family is considered rich so he might have hired thugs), remember when Maya brought up the situation and she was in the HOTS, he immediately furrowed his eyebrows and deleted the application.
He probably kidnapped Riona to send Quinn a message to stop recruiting from the hots.

TLDR: Characters will not care if Riona went missing aside from Camilla and Quinn.

Well for the Tommy you're kind of right, but he is a sole customer who sought out Vinny due to his personal issues with Quinn, as for Lily she's not just buying for herself from Quinn but for all of the strippers, Lily says that it's for personal use, Quinn says that it seems like a whole lot of drugs for one person, and Quinn says to Lily that she doesn't want to know, but Lily points out that Quinn is already well aware of where her drugs are going to go, as such it's a greater violation than the one single case of Tommy.

Vinny went to B&R previously and is probably aware of the relationship between Riona and Quinn, as such it would be logical to assume that Riona would be more well informed than she actually is, which means that Rox's rules for Quinn might actually have been useful and may end up saving her place as Buddy's dealer.

LIKE I SAID, they won't know yet where the hell is riona aside from quinn. And we don't know what quinn will do, either tell the HOTS she has been kidnapped cause of her? No she is too proud of that.

I can't think of many things more pressing than someone's who's been a friend for a couple of years suddenly vanishing off the face off the earth. If I had a dissertation to focus on and my parents getting a divorce, i'd still focus on a friend going missing. It'd probably be the number one focus in my life.

What does she say when Mona is not responding her texts? "I am going to call her" and then never gets brought up.

Maybe they spoke, Mona told her she's fine, didn't like college, maybe she asked her dad who told her to back off, we're not privy to every conversation the characters have, maybe the plot went in a different direction, and that particular side character wasn't relevant to the story at the time. Maybe it'll get bought up in 11/12. We still have the loose thread of Tremolo's comments about Bella in the library

You're acting like people going missing is a common thing. Life doesn't stop for sure, I don't even think parties would get cancelled, people need a distraction, but students would be worried sick, Quinn would have guilt eating her up, teachers would be wondering why a student who has never failed a class has just stopped turning up. It'd be flagged up incredibly quickly.

Yes. Quinn will definitely do whatever to cover her tracks. I guess I just see the slight evolution of Rio happening lately and that's what makes me think my theory has merit. But yours also does. I guess both theories are plausible and whatever the fall out is, it'll make sense to both of us.
