This might be the only route that I never paid attention to, or the difference are as small as in Bella/Jill case and they never registered, literally a single render different for Bella if you picked Jill and a few Jill if you picked Bella in ep10. But never paid attention if Sage gets different reactions if you were fWb.
I don't remember that many differences even in earlier episodes. I think this is why Josy sticks out so much, since the rest of the alternative routes in S3 are a joke compared to earlier episodes attention to choices/details.

They stop being fuck buddies but she asks MC to tell her if being alone doesn't suit him anymore so I think there might be a path there.
In Others path you can still pursue Josy and Maya, I think Jill is also a possibility if she rejected MC for bullshit reasons at the end of Ep.8 maybe she'll realize it in the future

Up to episode 10 there is no sexual content with her when on the Others path, although it does give a funny scene at the beginning of episode 9 if you also went for Jade. That might of course change in episode 11, although I don't know if she's really interested in it if the reason she's a bit out of it at the Burkes is because she knows of the divorce (what many if not most people expect).

I believe if you are in the other paths, you won't get a chance with the main girls (Josy is an exception if you told derek about being into her). At least that is what I understood.
