So torrent help you guys download it faster? haven't used torrent in years so idk if it helps.

Nah it helps me to download later when I close the PC. If you close the PC during downloading from any site -even if you use any kind of web download manager- it won't continue when where you left off. Also if you pause while downloading a file from a site, file will be get corrupted most likely.

Anyone else not be able to progress after 1st free roam? I have done all tasks (aside from fighting dawe and puzzlebox because it crashes) and it locks me in the room stating "I have something else to do" or something along those lines? I have tried scrolling through here but no luck

drop the GAME folder into your file (download the save/crash fix below season 3) you can play past lana scene no probs.. still had an exemption screen when a Jade scene should appear tho (in the previously)

I figured it out, it's because of using Scrappy mod earlier which had different colors for certain SMS responses. You need to unlock console and put it in there:
m_c_text = u'{color=#08AC23}'
m_c3 = u'{color=#DF00F1}'

If any more lack of variables will occur, you can check them in console command of previous game version with Scrappy mod and put them manually to new one.

PUT THESE VARIABLES INTO CONSOLE DURING DIALOGUE WITH ANYONE

edit: Some people also have problems with mod_gr variable, in that case put mod_gr = u'{color=#32BD73}'

For anyone unable to get past the first free roam and are stuck with only Optional "Solve the puzzle box" here's what i did

step 1.


step 2.
BeingADik-0.XX.0-pc-lin\game\scripts\freeroam\episode11 (or whatever you called the game)
and open ep11_freeroam_room1.rpy (with notepad or vscode, i did it with notepad)

step 3.
scroll to the bottom of the code
and change the line under "label ep11_freeroam1_room_end_label:" to "if True:"
and change the line directly under "$ renpy.pause(0.5)" to "elif False:"
it should then look like the following:

Step 4.
Warning: this change may break your game in the future I have no idea, but it worked for me
putting this warning again in case you forgot.

Step 5.
close the game (if it was open) and reopen again

Will this work for Riona' s messages too? Everytime i click on hers it just throws an error. I don't remember if i ever used the scrappy mod though.

I got the same problem - where did you find the fix for it?

i used the multi mod. and went to the link under the downloads and there was a fix available. downloaded it and pasted it into the game folder and it worked
