Well if you messed around with heather and talked to John boy about it after the party you are pretty much screwed. You will loose your chance. You will soon find out when. I already see I will have to do a bunch of other path saves from scratch as things branch out so much. You can loose out on a few scenes. Because of earlier choices

You get found out either way, I guess Heather tells Nick and he spills the beans. So for Elena you need to go back and unfuck Heather's face.
