You need to be Elena's friend. I don't remember all variables but taking mouth shot at dorm party was surely one of them. Then there were some talks about cucking, some text messages, JB told you about it again at barbecue party and you had to be interested in that I guess. Overall it was build up for couple episodes, not just one decision on Christmas party. If you done everything correctly, find Jamie on dancing floor and take mission of finding Y from him and talk with Elena. More or less.
I don't have the bravery to do these paths myself so I'm curious what happens if A) you facefuck Heather in ep 9 and B) if you show everybody the tape with Jade, ESPECIALLY on Sage's path. Is there nuclear fallout this episode?

On my route I lost the beer pong and got the threesome, going to try winning in the future.
With Facefucking Heather you lose the ability to choose her during the cucumber-sucking competition and alse lose the ability to have the threesome with Elena and JB.
With showing the video Jade will go kind of berserk of her going on you, and you get extra dialogue with Stephen. Jade will still speak extremely highly about MC's fucking skills to Cathy. There are no repercusions with Sage (so far).
DPC just hates that mods make his annoying minigames and 2005 Internet IQ tests trivial
