Nah there's been some guys who typed out all the capital letters appearing in the video (pretty good first idea), I tried running it through some anagram tools/gpt but didn't find anything interesting yet. I'll look more into it tmw, it's quite late here and I just recently finished the update.
Yes. The patch file do not include updated characters.rpa, so it mean the game not know who is speaking. I am hoping download full update rather than patch will fix, but it taking a while because it so big. It seem like many people get past so I hope this fix

Well, Quinn wasn't just someone playing a game to be cool, it was in her mind what she was supposed to do due to her foster family not properly being able to help her process the trauma she experienced, but instead attempted to make her suppress it, all of which helped to reinforce an unhealthy sentimental attachment to her father, and through that to Buddy. And her involving Riona was in part due to Riona's willingness indeed desperate need for validation from Quinn. It doesn't excuse her actions, but it's not as straight forward as Quinn was just thinking that it'd be dope to earn cash by slinging drugs, cause it's fun to be bad (although the being bad shit is at least a part of it).
I know, it's almost like they're all convinced that it's meaningless, maybe we've missed something that everyone else knows.

The problem is the time and size. If we got updates, say, every 6-7 months with a lot of the content condensed, i.e. no special massive path for maya/josy but they fit into the general path, so it's ALL bigger, it'd feel better. As it is, 15 months for essentially 4-5 hours of gameplay and then several times over if you even want to do the other characters...nah.
