Actually thinking about in relation to the library scene in Episode 3, I can see why the MC narration talks about calling for help.
Bella is completely heartbroken over losing her child—miscarriage, or SIDS, or even somehow indirectly being her fault, hence asking James for forgiveness. It's not just James she thinks she's betraying by hooking up with MC, but the kid too—and is holding onto the desperate idea that James is still alive somewhere. Because if he can return, then so can the kid (metaphorically, I just mean have another child). Broad strokes, I can see that something like this.

Aren't you in the middle of replaying a DIK Jill run? You should know if you beat up Troy, the game explains what happens pretty clearly. Unless you don't remember, or have never fought him.

I indeed don't remember, I was in the middle of a dik M&J run while doing Jill on the side, thus I was only interested in the scenes beween M&J, not any side characters and skipped all dialogue neither Maya and Josy said..

I can't get a read on her expressions at the end, is this supposed to be the hint that Jill knows Bella' secret?
I am not buying it, if DPC next episode has Jill be like, 'of course I knew' after multiple private scenes between them, some more emotional than others, they were even feuding at some point and no direct clue was given of Jill actually knowing whats behind the door.
Here she is checking herself after the MC asks her about it.As for what's behind Bella's 'Locked door', as predictable as it might be I am still sticking with the nursery theory

what we know for sure is that there was something that would give it away on the frame/monitor/tv thing, since Bella removes it later from her study, probably moved into the locked room.
