My guess is that she doesn't report him because their lawyer advises against it. If she reports him, he could make a counter report that she kicked him without it being self defensie (chances are small considering he doesn't want the real reason for the damage comes out, but never 0).

No it's to do with the amount of choices you made it's not about defaulting

You need to make 11 dik or chick choices to to remove the bars on the opposite side essentially you need 11 of the 15 choices to be considered perminant DIK or perminat Chick.

IIf you make your first 5 choices chick, then the last 10 choices dik you're going to get neutral as it's a 10-5 ratio despite your last 10 choices being dik... Its not an override, it's just how the system works.

When it comes to Jill and the "fight for her choice" you've already made 13 choices and you've got to be neutral here at best your 7 dik choices 6 chick. You only get 2 more and even if it's DIK choices it'll only get you to 9, not the 11 needed

She is the only MG that will put you from the path you've chosen in ep 8 to the others route if you're a DIK and only had her as a MG path before the choice. Because of this I wouldn't be too surprised if her path is also the only path where you stay a DIK even if you don't get the 11-4 ratio.

But she's not if you don't get the 11-4 youre not Chick or DIK depending on the 11 choices you've made...

I've read here from other users that you get different lines with Bianca during the panty party if you come on others route through DIK Jill only than when you flirt with her while choosing Others route in episode 8 (or at least the variable Bianca route only seems to pop up if you come from DIK Jill)

I don't know what the differences are myself yet though, going to try out later tonight.

I was interested so I just checked the source code and...
During the panty party, after the phone messages with Sage from Bella's party, back in the free roam you have the opportunity to "say goodbye to Bianca" (if you decide to go to Bella's party) or "talk to Bianca" (if you decide to stay in the panty party), but only if you're on Jill or Bella path (you did the ski event and also flirted a bit with Bianca during it), if not (any other paths), you don't have this opportunity to talk/flirt with her, at all, meaning there's no particular reactions from Bianca if you're not on Jill or Bella paths, since you can't even talk to her at that point

Or better yet, delete them. The persistent, and redo the saves.
This game is more fun when it's clean.

And this is coming from someone who likes to fuck with renpy games.
