that seems like a pointless variable at the moment, nothing in episode 11 actually changes its value.

It's most likely a bug and "flirting harder" should set it to True (instead of redundant False) given it leads to Fuckface and Bianca doing sex things. The beta testers would overlook that because without looking in the script you don't even know it's there, as it has no impact (yet).

(as for why it's called Ep11 and not Ep12, that's because all variables are named after the chapter where you can make decision which potentially set them. Which would further confirm not being able to activate it there is unintended)

My main argument against 2 year updates is the severe psychological and moral exhaustion of DPC.
I think DPC himself realizes that a 2 year update would just kill him.
He himself said during the development process that he is under a lot of stress from not being able to release an episode within this year.
It's one thing when you release an update once a year, it's another when you've been working on 2 years. Especially for such a perfectionist DPC, who is extremely sensitive to everything is a big blow, after which he can burn out and get depressed.
We have examples in AVN when developers got depressed during the development process.
I don't really know what he'll choose. But I'm sure 2 years of development will just kill him.
So I think that in the next update he will try at least not to increase the size, because he himself has a hard time tolerating such long cycles
Or he will just split the episode into 2 parts, which will allow him to develop the episode for 2 years much more smoothly.

There's also the fact we are in the Endgame now - Ive said it before and I'll say it again.... The Next Q&A will be telling. when looking at what is left to resolve, there isn't much. Bella's arc (likely getting done next), The Drug Arc (Quinns seems to be moving on that) The Frat War (jury out on this one) and a few others here and there. During the last Q&A he declared he needed 14-16 episodes and at the same time declared the last season would be more epilogue and not the standard season. Now obviously it is possible but unlikely, but for argument's sake if he ties concludes the storylines in 12 it leaves him season 4 to do the epiloguy things he wants to it won't be a wait till 203x to get it finished - as the Epilogues will come faster than the normal episodes.

What he really needs to do is get over this increased render count each episode and his rigs sitting idle thing. - Fucking hell if your PCS are idle, get them rendering shit for the next episode.

Sating that its season finale next time. you know the fuckers going big!

First perk: Pink Weiss
Second Perk: Multiplier madness
Third perk: Either something that brings the price down for a expensive item or so you can activate liqour without cups.

This makes me also wonder why DPC rendered us seeing Matthew cheat while hanging out with Quinn, even though (so far) it doesn't has any resolution afterwards. It could be to just let us see some funny reactions from Quinn, but it might also mean something more in the future. Perhaps it might become mandatory to be on the Quinn path to get Bianca on the Others route without her cheating?

From a branching narrative perspective leaving yourself ways to bring multiple pathways back into a single path is a smart thing to do even if you don't end up using them in the long run. Whether this ends up being used in that way I don't know but the option can be left open for it at the very least.

Personally I think Bianca will eventually find out about Matthew and Olivia one way or another even when you're not on Jill's path, leaving things open for Bianca to explore her lust of MC

Tried Neutral Sage run, and like you said yesterday, it has some nice unique moments.
MC kisses her forehead when he comforts Bella and notices her new manicure. He is more gallant and attentive to her.
While DIK is generally more cheerful and has hardcore sex scenes, Chick/Neutral is more emotionally close to her and notices important little moments that make her feel better. Both are great, sadly we can't combine both

im thinking about two possible events that may occur in next episode

no.1 - sally the agent - sally is sleeping agent for nerds and her mission is to get close to MC so she can execute/plant stuff for "plan B". Why is she getting cold sholder from nerds ? why is she all of the sudden okey with MC to the point where she is willing to make out with him ? why she insist on writing the lab work with mc at his place ? something is up and i think she will play role in the next "main plot"

no.2 - mona's comeback - if you didnt screw over jade (leakin the hot stuff) she is searching for evidence to get full package from stephen and not only 50% which he offered her. as we know mona wasnt able to "scratch" stephens back, she was bombarded from quinn and rewoked the scholarship , which lead to her drop out . i think jade will somehow get into contact with her and she will be key person in her divorce (maybe she will even return after jade gets principal status)

what do yall think about that ?
