Yeah on the Quinn route you will see him doing something with her twice. So it wouldn't be out of place on that route if he ever did come across the pair he drops Matthew in it by asking "what happened to the blonde" but again,on any route that isn't Jill's he doesn't know them well enough that he should really care.You mean both times he saw him on a Quinn route (during Quinn hangout and during Halloween)?But yeah, it would be very inconsistent storytelling of DPC if he doesn't remember the callback with thirsty ghoul, but does remember this. Then again, it could be that he has a very good recollection of faces (so that that isn't just a joke when he says it to Becky).

But again he doesn't know them that well enough to care. As I said it's likely to be an easter egg rather than some important plot point that needs resolution. There are ways of course to resolve it, but it's not getting you closer to Bianca. That shit happens on Jills/Bella's path.
Do we know who has the last name Anderson? That was the last name of the student Bella found inconsistencies with, and if you didn't flush the notes in the toilet, corroborated with the other teacher (forget his name).
