When you tell Riona during Halloween that you're in a relationship, she tells in other words to MC that she hopes that the relationship will end.
I've got a feeling that at that point of the story, she has already fallen hard for MC and she wasn't just talking about him as a sexpartner. Maybe a possible "rebound" partner in future episodes if the current one doesn't work out (because of high TC for example)?

Even more so if you screw her in Episode 7 (even without ever using the restaurant service) and help her out in Episode 8 with the stalking paranoia she had. Her affection for MC is raised. Quinn quickly dismissed Riona over and over again, emotionally and physically abused her. MC on the other hand is just so reassuring and simple-minded (not a bad thing) that she can't help but feel safe and comfortable around him.

So her falling for MC, teasing him to get him to chase after her and then go on an impromptu date with her were cliche 'romance story' type of things you see would happen and it makes more and more sense given on the "Others" path she and Camilla are the ones that sit next to MC while he's playing a guitar.

A part of me wonders if anything will come of it, especially if we were on her path. Like, will she seek support and comfort or just close herself off to MC?

We got like 5 episodes left till the end so it checks out

considering that seasons have 4 episodes and if season 3 follow the same pattern, episode 12 will be last chapter of this season meaning it is last chapter with s3 mechanics. like how season 2 had the house repair mini game that ended with season 2, party planning mini game will end with season 3 too and season 4 will have different seasonal mini game mechanic, and episode 12 will most probaby be new year party as you guessed

During Episode 4 in the party at the DIK's mansion when Cathy's cluck gets revealed, if you fucked both Mona & Camilla in the bathroom Mona ends up blurting out drunkenly to Camilla while MC is right there that she wants to fuck MC too. Implying that Camilla told Mona that she wanted to have a go with him (again).

And in Episode 5 Camilla even goes on to say that she finds MC attractive and she wants to have fun with him too, no strings attached.

I think that Camilla is the Sarah equivalent while Riona is more so the Melanie equivalent. Camilla and Sarah don't have any drama issues as far as we can tell, they're pretty chill and...apart from being student prostitutes, pretty normal students all around.

However Melanie and Riona seem to be constantly trying to hold things together. They are a lot more sensitive and emotional. Their personalities blend together more as time goes on.

Might be reading too much into it but that's just my basic analysis lol.

This kinda ties in to what we were discussing yesterday, the dinner with friends only happens if you choose to fight for Jill, which is obviously before the breakfast choice.

So I mean it's pretty much the MCs fault for trying to have his cake and eat it with every girl until his hands forced... Its a pretty shitty thing to do on the MCs side here.

But that's not the issue at hand here Jill, throughout season 1&2 is actually the default girl, the game sorta actively pushes you towards her even if you don't want it too. I mean you go on that tennis date regardless. In every case Jill is into the MC even discussing it with Bella that's the default state regardless. If Bella likes you (which she obviously does if you're on the Bella path) she'll actively encourage Jill to go after MC.

Even taking the dinner out of the equation, it's a pretty shit thing for a friend to sit there as you tell them how much you like someone, have that friend encourage you to go get him and then find out that friend has instead fallen for him.

Atm I use Sancho mod to redo my old saves for s1 and s2 as shows exactly what the variables are for the path / choice and how many rp points you get per choice. Its also pretty handy because you can import end saves from s2 straight into a clean s3 without it messing up anything.

You can avoid dating her altogether after the Tennis date. You have to make sure Bella isn't a big fan of you and then you get a choice between asking Jill to give you a shot or telling her that you wouldn't be good for her.

The game stops pushing a love interest in your face past episode 4 imo. Like, by Episode 5 you have complete and full agency of whom you want to date based on your choices in the season finale previously.
