You didn't do a proper fresh install.

You have to delete your "persistent" file not only locally (under "game\saves") but also under "%appadata%\renpy\beingaDIK_Season3..."

You can do the exact same flirting etc with Bianca on Bella's route as on Jill's... Same with Zoey. And all the side girls are available to everyone BUT Jill, who auto blocks the action at the bar with Tommy... 3 women less to cheat with for Jill than all the rest...

The whole point of making all main girls "friends" is to let the MC know he can no longer fool around multiple main girls ( you can't kiss Sage when you are with another girl) at the same time while in a relationship, that's why i see a throuple with Bella and Jill impossible i think taking it futher after episode 8 and you if don't pull the plug( you kiss Jill on Bella path or hold hands with Bella on Jill path) is just another way to screw your relationship with them, the TC mechanic is not only "cheating" but also second guessing your relationship with the girls.

I wonder. I think it will work, but is it possible to combine a "Perma DIK Jill to forced Others" route with a Cinderella route? So that I only have Jill as a LI pre-choice (not taking any side girls), and still end up with Cinderella on the end screen? That would mean I have to do 1 S1+2 run less

True... BaDIK is already the AVN with the longest playtime I have on Steam (and probably 1 of the highest of all games) with 123.7 hours. What is indeed another 8-9 hours for DIK Jill>Others, and the 3 affinities for Cinderella xD

Tbf it makes sense that MC loses against Chad no matter what. Chad is taller and is very muscular (no doubt thanks to steroids).

I mean think about it. He's the second most strongest dude you encounter in college with Caleb coming in first place after. And even if you 'win' against Caleb, it's nothing short of a stalemate and ONLY because Anthony intervenes to stop it from getting any further. If Caleb & MC weren't separated MC would've been laid out.

if you guys can change the opponent health to 1hp and all that shenanigans, can you also just change your DIK score value from i dont know +5 to -20 and reset your "dik" choices to 0? i am just curious the extent of URM versatility

Yes you can, you can pretty much change anything you want, but you do need to be careful with anything you change. If you change something that then clashes with something else you will have a problem.
